Arrests 10/31/08 Justin Smith of Buchanan was charged at Wal-Mart with public intoxication, simple possession of a scheduled 4 drug, possession of a scheduled 1 drug and shoplifting. Thomas Mitusz of Memorial Dr. was charged at Wal-Mart with public intoxication. Charro Keenan of McKenzie was charged with failure to appear. 20 gallons of diesel fuel were reported stolen form a tractor in Springville Arrests 10/30/08 Josh Craig of Sulpher Creek Rd. was charged with public intoxication and shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Robert Shelton of Patterson St. and Justin Smith of Bruceton were arrested at Wal-Mart . Shelton for underage possession and consumption. Smith for public intoxication and possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Judy Ross of Brown St. was charged with failure to appear. Bradley Harler of Gleason was charged with absent with out leave. The J.R. gravel pit was broken into where the chains and cables across the entrance were cut and diesel fuel was stolen. The thefts have been occurring for several weeks and video of the thefts are under investigation. A 4-wheeler valued at $3500, was reported stolen from Select Auto in Puryear. Arrests 10/28/08 Nicholas Abbott of Buchanan was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Misty Kealts of Lumber Rd . was held without bond as a fugitive from justice. Christopher Hipkin of Trenton KY was charged with burglary. Donald Gordon of Powell St. was held without bond and charged w with domestic assault. Michael Henry of Henry was charged with violation of probation. James Bobo of E. Washington St. was charged with violation of probation. Lori Pierce of Springville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Dustin Cashley of Buchanan was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. Tina Hunsaver of Mansfield Rd. was charged with theft of property. Willie Wood of Wood Ln was charged with public intoxication. Lloyd Henderson of Whitlock Rd. was charged with shoplifting. Leonidas Karathanasis of Greenwood Dr. was arrested at Leponto's Steak House with domestic assault. Pennie Stewart of Lone Oak was charged with vandalism over $500. Dino Robinson of Highland St. was charged with 2 counts of aggravated burglary. Steven Casman of Memorial Drive was charged with vandalism at Cherokee Hills Trailer Park. John Rawles of Dresden and Thomas Palmer of Sharon TN were arrested in Save-A-Lot parking lot and charged with promotion of the manufacture of meth. Arrests 10/25/08 James Sherrod and Tina Sherrod of Old Bruceton Rd. were charged with animal cruelty. Jonathan Herren of McKenzie was held without bond and charged with 2 counts of failure to appear. A Dish network box along with a jar of change valued at $200 and jewelry was reported stolen from a residence on Hwy 641N. A window in the back door had been busted out to gain entry. Arrests 10/24/08 Rodger Cook of Chickasaw Rd. was held without bond and charged with failure to appear. Thomas Matusz of Memorial Dr. was charged with aggravated burglary, vandalism and public intoxication. Jessie Owens and Sandra Hernandez of Mockingbird Ave. were held without bond for domestic assault. Jacolby Armstrong of Springville was arrested at the Dollar Store on E. Wood St. for theft under $500. Arrests 10/23/08 Mark Mellow of Hazel KY was charged with shoplifting at Wal-Mart. He was observed on surveillance cameras stealing hair straightener and a hat. Tammy Keener of Henry was charged with domestic assault. Stacy Rimmer of Big Sandy was arrested on a warrant for promotion of meth. Medicines were reported stolen from a mailbox on Henry. The victim stated that over the last 6 weeks mail order meds, valued at $500 had been taken from the mail box and a screen on the house torn. No forced entry was found. Arrests 10/22/08 Steven Capps of Jim Merrell Rd. was charged with theft of property. Lance Blackburn of Thompson Ln. was charged with domestic assault. Anthony Mullins of Reynoldsburg Rd. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Amanda Morris was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.
Arrests 10/21/08 Roger Wallace of Guthrie Rd. was charged with possession of a scheduled 6 drug with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cynthia Morris of Buchanan was charged with burglary and theft of property over $500. John Watts of Palmersville was charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Rhiamnon Watson of Guthrie Rd. was charged with public intoxication. Steven Smith of Puryear was charged with DUI and violation of the open container law on Hwy 140. Jason Hollinginsworth of Dunlap St. was charged with failure to appear. Nicholas Tower of Buchanan was held without bond for domestic assault. Kurt Stanford of Head St. was charged with a 2nd DUI, a 2nd Driving on a revoked drivers license and violation of the implied consent law. Several arrests for under age consumption were made at the 641 Club over the weekend including Katlyn Muroski of Murray, Meredith Traser of Georgia, Justin Greer of Murray, William Miller of Murray. Deondrik Allen of Caldwell St. was charged with 2nd driving on a suspended driver's license and simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. David Sanders of Henry was charged with aggravated sexual battery. Donald Dorby of Cruchfield Ln. was charged with resisting arrest and criminal exposure to HIV. The theft of 2 guns was reported at a Springville residence. No forced entry was found. The 2 guns were taken from a gun cabinet while 3 were left untouched.

Market St. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. Kortney Ellison of Jackson was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license for a DUI. Javen Lowery of Mansfield was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Niki Hoffman of Shady Grove Rd. was charged with failure to appear. Jason Booth of Dunlap St. was held without bond and charged with domestic assault, failure to appear, disorderly conduct and simple possession. Tammy Harrison of Big Rock was charged on an attachment out of juvenile court. Johnny Staggs of Lone Oak Rd. was charged with public intoxication at HCMC. Gene Milken of Porter St. was arrested on a warrant for theft of property. Nikki Barlow of Routon St. was charged with aggravated burglary and vandalism. Antonio Washum of Curtis St. was charged with sexual battery Ronald Parkin of Chickasaw St. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. Arrests 10/16/08 Eric Burnette of Alamo TN was charged with speeding, violation of the seat belt law, violation of the financial responsibility law and driving on a suspended driver's license. He was clocked doing 55 mph in a 45 mph zone on Hwy 69N. A duffle bag was found in the grass along side Rowe School Rd. The bag contained items used in the production of meth such as cold tablets, ithum batteries, plastic tubing funnels and plastic jugs. Marcus McClemman of Springville was held without bond and charged with violation of probation. Zachery Jones of Elmore St. was charged in General Sessions Court with violation of probation. Angel Surett of Eagle Hill Rd. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Allyssa Jackson of Hollow Rock was held without bond for failure to appear. Willis Overby of Brewer St. was charged with harassment. Crystal Franks of Savannah was charged with a 3rd driving on a revoked driver's license.

Christina
Clark of Springville and Deborah Gormley were arrested on Memorial Dr. at
Maverick. Gornley was
put into the back of the Paris Police Unit and Clark was
asked if she had anything to claim before she was taken to the jail.
Found on her person were scheduled 4 drugs and possession of a scheduled
3 drug as well as disorderly conduct, introduction of a controlled substance
into a penal institution and tampering with evidence.
A DVD/VCR combo along with a computer, printer and monitor were reported
stolen from a residence on Norwood Rd. Entry
was made by kicking in
the door. The owner of the items
had been in prison and the items were gone when he returned to the residence.

Peter Hummell and Steven Azzarello both of Dover were arrested at KY Lake Marine Wednesday when a security Guard at the boat storage lot, located off of Hwy 119, reported hearing a noise on the lot and saw a light shining in one of the boats. When an officer arrived to investigate, he found one of the suspects hiding behind the stove on the boat. When asked he told the officer that they were getting parts for their boat, when asked a second time they admitted to stealing the copper wiring from the boat and this was the second time they had been to the lot to steal parts and gas and sell them in Murray. The two were held without bond and charged with burglary, theft of property, and possession of burglary tools, vandalism and criminal trespassing.Marcus McClennan of Springville was held without bond and charged with iolation of probation .Arrests 10/9/08
Arrests 10/8/08 Andrea Winding of Brewer St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and DUI. Anthony Miles of Springville was charged with violation of probation. William Marrs of Guthrie Rd. was charged with burglary and theft. Carl Cowan of Pitt St. was charged at Wal-Mart with theft under $500. Johnny Staggs of Lone Oak Rd. was charged with public intoxication. Brandon Cowan of Porter St. was charged with simple assault in general sessions court. KY law enforcement was called to Hazel when a woman wanted on a warrant for probation Violations. When officers arrived at the residence where she was and knocked on the door the woman turned up the volume of the music she was playing and would not answered the door. Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall, the Metro Crime Unit, Chief Deputy Randy Gene, Sheriff Belew and other county deputies also joined the stand off . General McCadams was contacted and advised obtaining a search warrant. The suspect, a Tanya Bucy was contacted by phone and did come out of the residence on her own and crossed the state line where she was taken into custody by KY deputies. Arrests 10/7/08 A fishing pole, a liter of Jim Bear and a liter of Crown Royal along with $30 in cash were reported stolen to the Sheriff's office. Also reported stolen was a52 foot semi trailer from a residence on Jack Hill Rd. The semi, used for storage had been there since 2002. A fire that was thought to be extinguished on New Boston Rd. rekindled about mid day. A 52 ft semi trailer was reported stolen from Arrests 10/6/08 Jonathon Gross of Humboldt was held without bond for failure to appear. Carrie Pasch of McKenzie and Marcia Pierce of Macedonia Rd. were charged with failure to appear for sentence. Stacey Braischi of W. Wood St. was charged with fraud with a credit card. Tyler Falder and Christopher Wolfe of Murray were arrested at the Spider Web and charged with underage possession and consumption. Falder was also charged with criminal impersonation. Jeremy Taylor of Memorial Dr. was charged with public intoxication. Jason Smith of Henry was stopped on Morgan Ln. and charged with public intoxication. Randall Riley of Hwy 54W was held without bond and charged with domestic assault. Marcello Majors of Mansfield was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Harold Mitchell of Shelbyville was arrested at the gravel pit on Hwy 79 and charged with public intoxication. Adam Beasley of Crestview Manor was charged with public intoxication. Igmacio Hernadez was charged with driving without a license. Mark Stewart of Hwy. 79 was charged with violation of probation. Deidra Karrs of Wood St. was charged with burglary and theft of property. A report of vandalism was reported on Whitlock Rd. 3 mailboxes and the metal post holding them was hit. Damae was reported at $100. Harassment charges were filed at the Sheriff's Office. According to the report a neighbor who was not getting along with the complainant attempted to run him off the road when he purposely pulled out in front of him on County Home Rd. when he was on his tractor. Arrests 10/4/08 Stephen Hendricks of Irvine St. was held without bond and charged with domestic assault. KC Reed of Henry was charged with shop lifting at Wal-Mart. Billy Allred of Mt. Sinai Rd. was arrested on Perry Cemetery Rd. and charged with burglary. The arrest occurred when he stole scrap metal and metal farm equipment from a barn and farm house on Pleasant Hill Rd. The owner stated that he heard the door open outside and looked out to see Allred standing in the barn doorway. The owner then called 911. Some of the items were tracked down at Copeland Metals where they had already been compressed. A break in at Oakland Fire Department was reported. Missing were 4 radio chargers, 2icom radios and 2kenwood radios. The equipment was valued at over $1,000 Arrests 10/3/08 The theft of a tree stand, valued at $400 was reported from Harvey Bowden Rd. The theft of a stick welder from a rental property shed in Henry was reported to the sheriff's office. The welder was valued at $300 and had only been used once. Arrests 10/2/08 Anthony Peters of Vaughn Rd. was held without bond and charred with burglary and theft of property over $1,000. Dennis Crossno of Mansfield and Brad Nunnery of Dortch Ln. were arrested at Copeland Metals when they attempted to sell fork lift for scrap metal. The 2 were seen by the owner driving by on Norwood Rd., headed to Copeland's. The 2 had asked before if there was any scrap metal they could haul off. The property was returned to the owner. Marcus McClennan of Springville was arrested on Routon St. for possession of a scheduled 2 drug with intent, and resisting stop, halt and search. Arrests 10/01/08 Lacey Carie of Terrace Woods was held without bond for violation of a no contact bond. Michael Reinhard of Camden was charged with violation of probation out of General Session Court. Kayla Bilcher of N. Market St. was charged as a fugitive from Justice. James North of Dresden was charged on a warrant for failure to appear. David Bryant of McKenzie was charged with filing a false report, burglary, 2 counts of theft of property under $100 and theft of property over $200. Another grass fire was reported, this one was on Gum Springs Rd. A 2007 blue Toyota Tundra 4x2 truck was reported stolen from a driveway on Lakeview Crt. According to the owner the doors of the truck were locked. A pit bull had been missing from the residence for the last few days. It is unknown if the two incidents are relate. A break in at Paris Landing Storage was reported. One unit had damage done to the door. The locks had recently been changed since back rent was due. |
