Arrests 10/31/06 On Friday, Oct 27 Henry County High School Resource officer Buford Taylor, acting on information he received arrested 20 year old James Matthew McDaniels in the parking lot of HCHS for possession of a scheduled 4 drug with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver. McDaniels, who is not a student at the high school was found with Xanax in his pocket. He was arrested and his vehicle seized for transporting the drugs. Edward Hunter of Franklin Dr. was charged with public intoxication. Doug Bortner of Blood Creek Church Rd. was arrested on Hwy 79 for DUI. James Meadows of Paris was arrested on Harrison St. for underage possession of alcohol. Anthony Floyd of Mansfield was held without bond and charged with domestic assault. Thomas Burgess, 41, of Springville was charged with public intoxication. Kenneth Benefield of Springville was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Joseph Ballard of Camden was arrested in the parking lot of Maverick and charged with criminal attempt to manufacture meth. Nicholas Howard of W. Wood St. was charged with violation of probation out of circuit court. Blake Swayne of Buchanan was charged with failure to appear. Sara Fizer of Springville was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Reginald Vaughn of Thompson St. was charged with violation of probation out of circuit court. Jeremy Giles, 22, of Hickory Grove Rd. was arrested for DUI. Carlos McCollumm of Huntingdon was arrested for DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Ralph and Janice Johnsonius of Guthrie Rd. were charged with public intoxication. Michael Williams of Irvine St. was charged with resisting arrest, indecent exposure and public intoxication. Steven Russell of Paris was held without bond and charged with violation of probation, failure to appear and violation of parole.
Arrests 10/28/06 Rhunia Rice of Mockingbird Ln. was charged in court with violation of probation. Raclton Hollingsworth , 46, of Puryear was arrested on a mittimus. Rodney Clark of Lone Oak Rd. was held without bond for violation of the sexual offender registration law. Blake Jones and Martin Allgood both of Benton KY were arrested a little after 1am on Hwy 641N by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall for underage possession and consumption. Mark Hutson of Hazel who was arrested by Puryear Police officer Jim Sanders and charged with DUI and driving on a suspended driver's license as he was stopped leaving the 641 Club in Puryear. Kimberly Jackson of Copper Springs Rd, was stopped coming out of Mac's Last Chance on Hwy 641N and charged with DUI. Robert Williamson of Dresden Hwy was arrested on Caledonia St. for possession of drug paraphernalia. Identy theft was reported to the sheriff's office by an Old Union Loop resident. The victim's credit card had been used to purchase a membership on a porn site featuering boys.
Arrests 10/27/06 Kenneth List of Hwy 641N in Henry was held without bond on charges of aggravated assault and child abuse. The arrest occurred when officers were attempting to serve an arrest warrant on List at his residence. He was found in a shed where deputies had to open the padlocked door. He told the officers that he would blow their heads off if they entered. Back up arrived at the scene and when officers entered they found no gun. Angel Gorman of Spirit Ln. was held without bond for failure to appear out of General Sessions Court. Lerrick Moore of Irvine St. was arrested on a warrant for assault and with a 2nd driving on a revoked drivers license. Kenneth O'Daniels of Puryear was charged with violation of probation. Richard Wilkins of Mockingbird Ave. was held without bond for domestic assault. Rodney Dowell of Elkhorn was charged with public intoxication. Adam Lampkins of Lone Oak was charged with violation of an order of protection. Angeline Riordan of Caladonia St. was charged with theft of property under $500. Arrests 10/26/06 Mandy Evens of Henderson Ln. was charged in court with violation of probation. Nick Bradley of Cottage Grove was arrested for driving on a suspended driver's license, violation of traffic control device, violation of the safety belt law and violation of financial responsibility law. Fredia Gallion of Palestine Rd. was charged with violation of probation out of General Sessions court. Kevin Shelton of Minor St. was charged in court with violation of probation. Anthony Grande and Crystal Mayo of Dale Rd. were arrested on Oct. 24 for initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug, simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug, possession of legend drugs. Officers were attempting to serve an arrest warrant at the Dale Rd. residence in Henry when they smelled the chemical odor of methamphetamine. Found at the residence were various items used to make meth including a cooler, plastic containers, a duffel bag with starter fluid. A small amount of meth and marijuana in baggies were found along with smoking pipes and an assortment of pills and needles.
Arrests 10/25/06 Kari Reeder of Sunnyside Dr. was charged with violation of the bad check law and failure to appear Jerry Littleton of E. Blythe St. was charged with theft of property under $500. Darren Strudivant of Elmore St. was charged with failure to appear. Mark Brayman of N. Porter St. was arrested for failure to register as a sexual offender. Crystal Newton of Deepwood Ln. was arrested by the Hampton Inn and charged with DUI and contributing to the delinquency of a Minor. Alisha Tharpe of Harrison Meadows was arrested on College St. on a warrant for sale of a scheduled 1 drug. Mun Ray of Irvine St. was charged with violation of probation. Billy Williams of Depot St. was charged with violation of probation out of Circuit Court. A burglary was reported on Pettijohn Creek Rd. Stolen was a gun, a box of shells, DVD player and an amp. No forced entry was found. Arrests 10/24/06 Carl Tharpe of Powell St. was arrested for violation of registering as a sexual offender. Dean Smith of Caledonia St. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. Andrew Garricus was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. David Howell of Cottage Grove was arrested at McDonalds for disorderly conduct. Gary Sager of Morton St. was charged with simple assault. Timothy Teague of Highland St. was charged with violation of the worthless check law and identity theft. Phillis Griffith of Dresden was arrested on a warrant and charged with violation of an order of protection. Nicholas Howard of Wood St. was arrested on Hwy 69S for felony evasion and unlawful possession and carrying of a weapon. William Baxley of Tanglewood Ln. was charged with failure to appear. Teresa Stewart of Benton KY was arrested at the Spider Web by Deputy Hall for underage consumption and Paris Police Chief Dale Paschall arrested Aaron Ruzyske also of Benton KY for public intoxication. 4 were arrested on Rabbit Creek Rd. in Buchanan when officers answered a call of shots fired. When they arrived several people attempted to run and hide in the woods. The officers found 4 of them and charged them with various charges. William Flowers of Clifty Creek Rd. was charged with possession of a gun while under the influence, a gun which he attempted to hide in the woods. David Wallace III of Rabbit Creek Rd. was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Andrew Keene of Hwy 79N was charged with underage possession and consumption. Josh Hunt of Rabbit Creek Rd. was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Melissa Dotte of Antioch Rd. was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. The 4 arrests occurred Friday night. Chardon Atkins of Pitt St. was charged on Wood St. with possession of a scheduled 3 drug. Lisa Bates of Puryear was arrested for violation of probation. Marti Beasley of Ogburn St. was held without bond for violation of probation. Cheryl Miller of Hwy 641S was charged with violation of probation. James Long of McIntosh Rd. was charged as a fugitive from justice. Curtis Windle of Springville was arrested for a 2nd DUI and violation of the implied consent law.
Arrests 10/21/06 Christopher Bowers, 19, of Owensboro KY and Justin France were arrested at the Spider Webb on Hwy 641 for public intoxication and underage consumption and possession. The arrest occurred when the manager of the bar called Puryear officers who were in the parking lot checking radar, about the under aged customers and stated that they were not wanted at the business. Jo Ann Ethridge was arrested on a state warrant and held without bond for failure to appear to do a jail sentence and failure to appear out of Weakly Co. The Henry Co. Sheriff's office received a complaint of trespassing on Porter Norwood Rd. When officers arrived they found the resident with 3 white males. The resident stated that he had found the 3 boys sleeping in a trailer on the property. They stated they had been there all night and had pried open a window to get inside the trailer. Nothing was found missing or disturbed except the window. The owner agreed to give them a few days to pay for the window before he would press charges.
Arrests 10/20/06 On Oct 18 the Henry County Sheriff's Office School Resource Officer Buford Taylor charged a 15 year old male student at Henry County High School with aggravated assault. The student was charged and transported to crisis' intervention for an evaluation. A court date of Nov. 1 in Juvenile court was set. Officer Taylor started the investigation during school hours on the 18th when a 15 year old female student in the Culinary Arts class of HCHS stated that the day before she had asked the 15 year old male student to put some dishes away. Reportedly the male student drew a pocket knife and struck at the girl who put her hand up to protect her face and received a small cut on the palm of her hand. The incident was not reported until the following day. Other arrests included Jeremy Villareal of Victoria TX was arrested on Wood St. for public intoxication. Pamela Jarrell of Buchanan was charged with a 2nd driving on a revoked driver's license due to a DUI. The vehicle was ceased. Arrests 10/19/06 Matthew Michael of Jackson St. was charged with aggravated assault. Lamont Treadmont of Harrison L. was charged with a 2nd driving on a revoked driver's license. Regina Davis of Cottage Grove was charged with vandalism. Regina Mitchell of Reynoldsburg was charged in court with violation of probation. William Revel of Spruce St. was charged with forgery. Jason Blanton of Vandyke Rd. was arrested for failure to appear out of General Sessions court. Nicholas Bradley of Cottage Grove was arrested for driving on a suspended driver's license. 5 rings, some change and $2 bills along with keys to a storage building behind the residence were stolen from Hwy 140. The door of a residence on Travis Boyd Rd. was found kicked in, Missing was a 357 Smith & Wesson pistol. The sheriff's office received a complaint of a stolen vehicle. The victim stated that he took a friend to the hospital and left his vehicle at her residence. He later took her to his house until she was ready to stay at home. When he returned the vehicle was missing. It was later discovered that the friend had reported a suspicious vehicle in the drive and had it towed away.
Arrests 10/18/06 On Oct. 16th The Henry County Sheriff's office arrested and charged a 13 year old male for aggravated assault. The juvenile was sent to Timber Springs Juvenile Detention for a thirty day evaluation . When he is released he will be transported back to Henry County to appear in juvenile court to answer the charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the sheriff's office on the evening of Oct. 16th. The complaint was made to Sheriff Monte Belew of a young man making Columbine threats to another student at Lakewood School. Criminal Investigation Division Director Damon Lowe, Investigators Gary Vandiver and David Archie interviewed witness and the juvenile's guardian which led to the arrest. The juvenile admitted to making the threats. Sheriff Belew, Director Lowe, LT. Stan Pinson were on hand this morning to assure students and parents that the safety of the students was top priority. Other arrests include Jason Blanton of Vandyke Rd. for failure to appear. Andrew Garrigus of Jackson Dr. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Towanna Williams of McCampbell St. was charged with sale of a scheduled 2 drug. Joshua Taylor of Bode St. was charged with sale of a scheduled 6 drug. Michael Cagle of Puryear was charged as a fugitive from justice. Rhunia Rice of Irvine St. was charged as a fugitive from justice. Bobby Casey of Hayes Store Rd. was charged with failure to appear.

Those arrested on Friday, Oct l1th in a drug offender round up were listed at the sheriff's office Monday morning along with other weekend arrests. The round up involved the sale or delivery of cocaine base and ecstasy along with 3 charges of promotion of manufacture of meth. The investigation lead to 30 felony drug offenders on 41 separate transactions. Cilff Graff of Cottage Grove was arrested on Dunlap St. for simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug. William Howd of Old Paris Murray Rd. was charged with domestic assault. LaDonna Willtrout of Springville was charged with DUI and driving on a suspended driver's license. Danny Trotter of Harmon Cemetery Rd. was arrested on Dunlap St. for simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug. Mark Roitwell of Harrison St. Apts. was charged with domestic assault Paul Hayes of West Virginia was arrested and held without bond on a capies and violation of probation. Rhunia Rice, 29, of Henry was charged Saturday with rape and failure to appear out of Carroll County. Thomas Freeman Jr. of Erin was stopped on Wood St. and arrested for DUI. Arrests 10/14/06 The Henry County Sheriff's office and the Paris Police Department conducted a 'Round Up' starting at 530 am Friday morning. According to Sheriff Monte Belew the investigations were conducted by the Metro Crime Unit. Also involved in the drug round up were the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and officers from the Federal Marshall's office. 18 of 30 offenders were picked up on warrants along with an additional 3 drug warrants being issued. According to Belew$5,000 in cash was confiscated, 10 vehicles and $10,000 worth of Crack Cocaine "Which is now off the streets," stated the sheriff. Other arrests included Nickelle Rosenburg of Murray who was arrested in the parking lot of the Spider Webb in Puryear by Officer Bryan Hall and Puryear Police Chief Paschall for underage consumption. Donna Allen of Jackson St. was arrested on Hwy 641 by Chief Paschall for DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Charles Dunlap of Rison St. was held without bond for domestic violence and simple assault. Jorge Davila of Harvey Bowden Rd. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and passing on a double line on Reynoldsburg Rd. Marcus McClain of Yates St. was charged with domestic assault. Joseph Coleman of Hwy 69A was arrested on 7 counts of theft of property and violation of probation. Allen Turner of Valley Wood Dr. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. A case of stalking was reported to the sheriff's office. According to the victim it is a case of mistaken identity. The man told officers that 2 men, one black and one white keep following him around. He stated he had an altercation with them by Super D 2 months ago. He did not know their names but he has seen them around town at clubs and businesses. Officers told the victim to call 911 next time, stay on the line with dispatch and continue driving while remaining calm and Officers would meet him.
Arrests 10/13/06 Joshua McCurdy of Puryear was arrested at the Puryear City limits by Deputy Bryan Hall in a routine traffic stop and charged with possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shawn Largent of Old Union Rd. was arrested at the Henry County Medical Center ER for domestic assault. Teresa Boyd of Aden St. was charged at the Sheriff's office with aggravated burglary and 2 counts of burglary of an auto. Roger Ginn of Como was charged with rape of a child. Robert Hayes of Porter St. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. The sheriff's office received a report of threats on a voice mail from an ex-boy friend. The subjects old boy friend was located in Benton Co. where he was charged with assault on the new boyfriend. The Henry County Sheriff's office is seeking bids for an SUV. They are looking for a 2005 or newer used mid-size with 20,000 miles or less, 4-wheel drive, electric windows, heat and air and Am/FM radio.
Arrests 10/12/06 Dustin Baker, 19, of Van Dyke Rd was charged with sexual battery. Zachary Farris of Adan St. was charged with burglary, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sean Barrett of Dunlap St. was charged with underage consumption. A bucket with a small oxygen bottle that smelled of Hydrous ammonia was found in a patch of woods on Ginn Creek Refuse. Arrests 10/11/06 Kari Reeder of Sunnyside Dr. was charged with violation of the bad check law. Crystal Eckhoff of Whitlock Rd. was charged in General Sessions Court with violation of probation. Kerry Bomar of Mansfield was arrested for aggravated domestic assault and violation of probation out of General Sessions Court. An aggravated burglary was reported on a Hobby Rd. residence. The door of the residence was found kicked in, paint was thrown on the wall and windows, guttering and a porch railing torn down when a vehicle was apparently hooked to the railing. A break in on Puryear Crossland Rd. was reported. Taken was a DVD player, CDs, a hand gun and a carpet cleaner. A shot gun and an automatic rifle were reported stolen from an unlocked home on Claytown Rd. A counterfeit $20 was passed to a Domino's Pizza driver. The person with the bill said they had received it at First Bank. According to the sheriff's office this was the second report of a fake 20 dollar bill this week. The fake bills are reported to be a different shade of color than the real thing. Arrests 10/10/06 This weekend the Metro Crime Unit and members of the Henry County Sheriff's office executed a search warrant at 2465 Pleasant Hill Rd. Officers found various components used for Meth production as well as finished Meth. Charges were filed on Carol Summers and Randall Smith both of Pleasant Hill Rd. Both were charged with manufacture of Meth and possession of Meth with intent to sell or deliver. Other arrests over the weekend included Charles Dunlap of Rison St. who was arrested on Wood St. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bryant Arnett of N. Market St was charged with failure to appear. Larry Clendenin of Guthrie Rd was arrested for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug when 2 baggies of marijuana were found in his possession. Roger Meeks of Paducah was charged with public intoxication. Matthew Parker of Murray was arrested on Hwy 641 by Officer Jim Sanders. Jared Banks of Old Union Loop Rd. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Michael Snow of Kirk's Trading Post Rd. was arrested on Hwy 79 for DUI. James Smith of Big Sandy was arrested at Halfway Market for Burglary. Robert Key Jr. of Reynoldsburg Rd. charged with failure to appear. Terry Roberts of Wynn St. was charged with harassment by phone. Chad Barnhalf of Hillcrest Circle was charged with failure to appear. Patrick Prail of McClain Trailer Park was arrested Saturday and charged with violation of the sexual offenders registration law for failing to register with local authorities. Henry Clary of Apt. Virginia Belder of Cole Fairway was arrested on Hwy 218 Bypass for DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Joey Jones of Cottage Grove was arrested on Mineral Wells Ave. and charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drive and underage possession of alcohol and possession of a legend drug. James Derkins Jr. of Clifty Village Ln. was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage. Eldon Hogg of Memphis was stopped on Hwy 69 and charged with DUI. Terri Satterfield of Manley St. was stopped at Scott Mart and charged with DUI. Michael Hardin of Riggins St. was charged with criminal trespassing. Jeffery Childers of Murray was arrested by Puryear Police Chief Paschall on Hwy 641 and charged with driving with no driver's license. A 17 year old youth was admitted to the Henry County Medical Center with a gun shot wound. The male youth was airlifted to Vanderbilt with what was possibly a self inflicted wound which was reported to have occurred in the boy's bedroom. The sheriff's office received a report of the theft of 2 Smurf statues from a yard on Old Paris Murray Rd. Pastor of Step of Faith Fellowship Church reported a break in over the weekend. The door had been kicked in but nothing was found missing. Arrests 10/7/06 James Bradley of Cottage Grove was held without bond on warrants for failure to appear. Randal Boyd of Ind. was charged with violation of probation out of circuit court. Derek Fitzgerald of Hwy 54 was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gijuana Wilson of Cooper St. was arrested for violation of probation out of general sessions court and on a mittimus for contempt of court. Officers were serving a warrant on Fitzgerald at his residence on Hwy 54 for violation of probation when they smelled the odor of marijuana burning. Inv. Andy Bass and Inv. Jamie Myrick of the Metro Crime Unit were contacted. They obtained a search warrant and found Fitzgerald and Wilson in the residence along with drugs and drug paraphernalia. Fitzgerald claimed ownership to the items. Scarr Young of Cherokee Plains was arrested for violation of the sexual offender law. Young had failed to file as a sexual predator with local authorities. Donnie Rudd was charged with public intoxication at Wal-Mart Friday. Vanessa Robins of Manley St. was charged with shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Sherrise Robinson of Manley St. was arrested at Taco Bell for theft under $500. Everett Evans Jr. of Caledonia St. was charged with theft of property. Selena Gurule of Thompson St. was charged with domestic assault. Arrests 10/6/06 John Meredith of Waverly was stopped at Eagle Food Store and charged with a 2nd DUI. Christopher Haynes of Martin was charged with violation of probation. David O'Donnell of Dunlap St. was arrested on N. Poplar for 2 counts of simple possession. Sabetha Ibarra of Alexander St. was held without bond for domestic assault. Animal problems were reported to the Sheriff's office. A complaint of a dog growling at a Kirk's Trading Post Rd. was reported. The owner could not be located. And hogs were reported running at large by a Old McKenzie Hwy. resident. The victim reported 3 hogs were in the back yard rutting and tearing up the landscaping. A break-in in McKenzie was reported Thursday. A washer and dryer were stolen from the residence. Pry marks and tire tracks were found at the trailer. A truck was reported to have crashed into a house on Country Club Loop.
Arrests 10/5/06 In the process of serving a warrant officers discovered a 2 foot marijuana plant in a bucket growing outside the residence of Charles Hillard on Sloan Rd. in Springville. With a search warrant officers found marijuana leaves in the residence as well as smoking pipes, marijuana seeds and scales. Hillard was charged with manufacture of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The plant was valued at $1,000. Other arrests include Alvin Smothers of Dresden who was charged with theft of property over $1,000. Michael Rhodes of Hazel was charged with disorderly conduct. Pamela Barker of Huntingdon was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. Reports of break ins at 3 Hwy. 79N locations was reported to the Henry County Sheriff's office on Tuesday. At one location the fence was cut and the lock to the shop door was cut off. Industrial breakers and fuses valued at $8,000 were stolen. At a 2nd location a 4-wheeler fwas stolen from a business. The chain on the side gate of the business had been cut. And Paris Pluming and Electric Supply had the lock cut off of the gate and the building. Nothing was taken but the thieves attempted to steal copper wiring. Arrests 10/4/06 Brian Gilbert of Springville was arrested on 2 counts of theft over $1,000 and one count of theft over $500 by Investigator Vandever for a break in back in August. Michelle Halpin of Chicago was held without bond for domestic assault. Joseph Joyner of Harrison St. was arrested in the Maplewood Cemetery for simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug, simple possession of a scheduled 4 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Theft of a vehicle from Hwy 79N was reported to deputies. The vehicle broke down and when the owner returned to tow it, the vehicle , valued at $,000 was gone. A report of the fraudulent use of a social security number was reported to authorities. The number was used to pay medical bills in Joplin MO. Vandalism to head stones in Scarborough Cemetery was reported on Tuesday. A report of a break in on Swors Rd was received by Henry County Sheriff's office where a gun cabinet was completely emptied. An enclosed cargo trailer that was stolen from Benton Co. and believed to have been involved in the 4 wheeler thefts from Hill Rd. was recovered. Arrests 10/03/06 On Friday, Sept. 29, the Metro Crime Unit charged Chris McKennie and Jerry Stallions with several drug offenses. Stallions was pulled over by Investigator Rick Watson for a traffic violation. During the stop Deputy Jim Sanders observed a bag thrown from the vehicle. The bad contained Xanax and valium pills. A search of McKennie and Stallions as well as the vehicle found marijuana scales and smoking paraphernalia. Stallions was charged with possession of a scheduled 4 drug with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a scheduled 3 drug and possession of marijuana. McKennie was charged with possession of a scheduled 4 drug with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stallion's vehicle was seized due to drug violations. Other arrests over the weekend included the arrest of Summer Solowey of Carter Rd. who was arrested by Guinn's Factory Outlet and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug, simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Kerri Shoemaker of Belmont St. was charged with failure to appear. Brian Hugherson of Jenkins St. was held without bond and charged with domestic violence and violation of probation. Nicolas Marales and Sergio Queriapa, both of Henry were arrested by the Club Erotica for public intoxication. William Arnold of Reynoldsburg Rd. was charged with failure to appear. John Goad of Dyersburg was arrested for violation of probation out of Circuit Court. Nicholas Palamki was stopped on Washington St for a seat belt violation. The passenger, Paul Olive, was observed to have a bulge in his pant leg. The bulge was marijuana wrapped in paper stuck in his sock. Olive was charged with possession of marijuana . Officers observed 2 vehicles traveling down Hwy 79 at a high rate of speed with less than a car distance between them. The vehicles turned off at Macedonia Rd., slowed to 50mph, then the front vehicle was drifting from lane to lane. When they eventually stopped for the lights and sirens the driver of the lead vehicle told officers he was 'just messing with his wife." According to the officers report the driver seemed nervous, to the point that his hands were shaking. There was also the odor of alcohol in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded semi-automatic pistol under the seat which the driver had no permit for. John Wallace of Macedonia Rd. was charged with unlawful carry of a weapon. His wife, Jessica Wallace, also of Macedonia Rd. who was in the second vehicle was charged with DUI. |
