Arrests  5/31/07

     Benjamin Underwood of Old McKenzie Hwy was held without bond after be was stopped on W. Wood St.  Paris Police were on the look out for his vehicle after reports of a kidnapping of a 9 year old girl  from her residence was received and Underwood was named as a possible suspect.  After a chase up and down Paris city streets to evade officers Underwood was eventually stopped in his white Ford Ranger by Paris Police Officer Ramos, who, even though off duty and headed home, spotted the vehicle on Porter St.  Underwood was stopped by Ramos on Wood St. when he  pulled in front of the vehicle.  Underwood was then blocked in by Officer Whitaker.   Underwood was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

     Helena Richardson of Rabbit Creek Rd. was charged with possession of legend drugs.

     Ben Matthews of Barbara Rd. was arrested at the KOA camp and charged with aggravated domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

      Felicia May of Hwy 79S was held without bond for contempt out of juvenile court.

     Sara Pinson of Guthrie Rd. was held without bond domestic assault.

     Doreen Durrett of Whitlock Rd. was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.

     Stacy Winchester of Hidden Acres was charged with domestic assault.

     David Jackson of Lone Oak Rd. was held without bond for aggravated domestic assault.

     A break in on Elkhorn Rd. was reported.  The doors of a shed on the property had been busted open and missing were miscellaneous tools, a skill saw, chain saw and air compressor.

      

Arrests  5/30/07

     William Dunning of Holladay TN was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Miguel Martinez was charged with possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

     Lou Gates of Springville was arrested at the Kitchen Table  and held without bond for domestic assault, vandalism over $1,000 and vandalism under $500.

     Annetto Boyland of Gwen St. was arrested for domestic assault.

     Joshua Money, 18 of Clarksville was arrested at the Buchanan Campgrounds for underage consumption, contributing to a minor  and simple assault.

       Douglas Fleet of Murray was arrested on Hwy 641 by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall for DUI and simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

   Benjamin Wallace was arrested at KY Lake by TWRA officer Clay Riley for boating under the Influence, violation of the registration law and underage consumption.

     Derrick Vaughn of Travis Rd. was charged with violation of probation.

     Michael Gallimore of Springville  and Charlynn Bush of Springville were arrested,  Gallimore was arrested  for domestic assault and public intoxication and held without bond.  Bush was charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law.

     Michael Ward of Mason Ln was held without bond  for domestic assault, underage consumption and 2 counts of vandalism under $500.

     Donald Brooks of Buchanan was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.

     Justin Bowden of Henry was charged with public intoxication.

     Phillip Jenkins, 52, of Cole Fairview was charged with DUI and driving on a revoked driver's license at JB's Express.

     Brandon Dunning of Volunteer Dr. was arrested in the parking lot of McDonalds and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     On Saturday Christy Scott of Ashland City was arrested at Paris Landing and charged with underage consumption.  Barry Wolff of Clarksville was charged with disorderly conduct.  Brian Wolff was charged with DUI and George Goubler with disorderly conduct.

     Jeremonte Shaw of Grove Street Apt. was charged with criminal trespassing and evading arrest.

     Ronnie Barnhart of Lone Oak Rd. was charged at Wal-Mart with theft of property.     

     Vincent Bolden of Blythe St. was held without bond for violation of parole.

     Derrick Clark of Brewer St. was charged with violation of probation.

     Joe Taylor, 54, of Spruce St. was arrested for assault and public intoxication.

     Phillip Bomar of Camden was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Douglas March of Dover was arrested at Cypress Bay by Clay Riley for BUI, violation of the implied consent law and violation of navigational light law.

     A 3 heeler accident was reported on Sunday.  The accident happened on Hwy 69S.  EMS transported the victims to the emergency room.

      

     

Arrests  5/26/07

     Corey Bernardo of Maple St. was arrested on Dunlap St. on a warrant for theft under $500.

     Crystal Mealer of McKenzie was  charged with failure to appear.

     Denise August of Terry Ln. was stopped on N. Market and charged with DUI.

     Roy Guiesler 3rd of Springville was arrested in the parking lot of Save-A-Lot for public intoxication.

     David Cobb of Puryear and Brandon Cowan of Jones Bend Rd. were arrested on N. Market for disorderly conduct.

     Marran McNeely of McKenzie was held without bond for failure to appear.   

     Anthony Lashlee of Greenville TN was arrested on a warrant for promotion of the manufacture of meth.

     A 2 vehicle accident was reported on Hwy 79 by the Tackle Box.  EMS and THP responded to the scene.

 

Arrests  5/25/07

     2 girls were charged with shoplifting at Wal-Mart.  According to store security the 2 were observed in the shoe department stuffing clothing into their purse.  Heather Wallace of McKenzie was charged and the other girl, a minor was cited into juvenile court.

     A break in at 3 Oaks was reported.  A piece of the metal roof had been pulled back to allow entry.  A cash register was damaged and $63 was taken as well as a coke canister and 2 cartons of cigarettes.

Arrests  5/24/07

     Ruben Gurule III of Dorch Ln. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Charles Pruett of Cowan St. was charged with violation of probation.

     Joshua Partridge of Henry was charged with underage possession and consumption of alcohol and failure to report an accident.

     Yuri Floyd of Washington St. was charged with simple assault.

     Charles Peach of Memorial Dr. was arrested for violation of probation.

     David Williams of E. Wood St. was stopped at Hwy 69A and 218 by Trooper Taylor where he was charged with DUI, disregarding a stop sign and violation of the seat belt law.

     Wesley Barnes, 28, of Springville was held without bond for failure to appear.

     Michael Perry of Springville was held without bond for Domestic assault.

     Brian Bratton of Durid Ln. was charged with violation of probation.

     Corey Bernardo of Maple St. was charged with theft of property under $500.

     Christopher Triplett of Franklin Dr. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Trena  Beecham of Pleasant Grove Rd. was arrested at Wal-Mart for theft of property under $500.

     Anita Cannon of Hwy 79N was held without bond for domestic assault.

     

Arrests  5/23/07

     Alyssa Jackson of Seminary St. was held without bond for domestic assault.

    Arrested with Jackson was Lauifie Barker of Mandalay Rd. who was charged with disorderly conduct and vandalism.  

     Andre Tharpe of Curtis St. was arrested at Wal-Mart for theft under $500.

     Amy Cooper of W. Wood St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's licenses.

     Robert Hayes of Porter St. was charged with violation of probation.

     Charles Peach of Memorial Dr. was arrested for aggravated assault.

     James Coleman was caught running from Officers at Lowe's where he was traced and charged with evading arrest for active warrants.

     Lorrie Mayo of Donald Ln was held without bond for domestic assault.

     A plasma 32inch TV was stolen from Nick's Fire House in Puryear was stolen.  Video games and the pool tables were also damaged.  No forced entry was found.

      

Arrests  5/22/07

          On Friday  night Sheriff Monte Belew stopped a vehicle at 69A and Copper Springs Rd. for a seat belt violation.  The driver, 22 year old Timothy Kennedy of Camden was found with a clear wrapped container of marijuana in his right shoe.  A front seat passenger, Shay Davidson, 21, also  of Camden, was asked to step out of the vehicle.  At this time the rear passenger, 'Casey Goodman of Camden lunged from the rear seat  into the driver's seat.  Belew and Chief Deputy Randy Gene struggled with the subject in an effort to keep him out of the driver's seat.  Goodman threw the vehicle into gear and started traveling down Copper Springs Rd. with Gene and Belew hanging onto the car.  the vehicle went into a ditch where the sheriff fell off the vehicle and the vehicle continued dragging Gean another 10 yards before he fell off as well.  Belew fired 2 rounds at the car's tires to disable the vehicle.  Lt. Stan Pinson and Investigator Josh Frey  with the Metro Crime Unit were able to assist in stopping the vehicle.  Neither Belew or Gean were injured  in the incident.  The vehicle was recovered on Reynoldsburg Rd..  Goodman , who fled on foot was apprehended that night.  A loaded 9mm pistol was found in the vehicle.  Multiple charges are pending for all three suspects.

     Johnny Carter of Springville was arrested on Hwy 79S and charged with public intoxication.

     James Askew of Puryear was stopped on Elkhorn Rd. and charged with a 2nd DUI and driving o a revoked driver's license.

     Jenna Morris of Chickasaw was stopped on Hwy 79 by Snow's Plumbing and charged with DUI.

     Jerry Stallions of Mayfield was charged with violation of probation.

     Chris Pack was arrested at Bottoms Up and charged with resisting stop/halt/frisk.

     Juan Hutcherson of Georgia was charged with underage possession and consumption.

     Rahia Tharpe of Hwy 641N was charged with simple possession.

     Eric Laws of Nashville was topped on HWY 641S and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license, simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug and possession of a scheduled 1 drug with intent.

     Robert Reaves of Memorial Drive was stopped on Memorial Dr. and charged with a 3rd DUI.

     Leslie Evans of Osage Crossland Rd. in Puryear was charged with statutory rape, solicitation of a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor.

     

Arrests  5/19/07

     Cynthia Woodward of Puryear was charged with theft of property.

     Silverio Zunica of Union City was arrested for violation of registration  and driving without a driver's license.

     Roger Kendall of Jones Bend Rd. Ext. was charged with filing a false report.

     Shannon Shell of McKenzie was arrested for a 2nd driving on a revoked driver's license and violation of the financial responsibility law as well as violation of the seat belt law.

     Randy Johnson of Michigan was held without bond for failure to appear and  violation of probation.

     Sherry Pruitt of Memphis was held without bond and charged with failure to appear.

     Corey Clayton Jr. of East Wood St. was charged with domestic vandalism. 

     Amanda Willtrout of Manley St. was arrested on Wood St. where she was charged with reckless endangerment.  The arrest occurred after a 911 call was received.  The witness stated that the vehicle trying to run a motorcycle off the road.  It was discovered that the motorcycle was driven by her boyfriend who had another female on the back.  Willtrout stated that she was angry.

Arrests  5/18//07

     Jessica Thomas of Harrison Meadows and Eddie Shaw of Mandalay Rd. were arrested at Harrison Lane.  Shaw was wanted on a warrant  for parole violation.  When officers came to the apartment Thomas stated that she had not seen Shaw and had no idea of his location.  After a search of the apartment Shaw was found in a bedroom hiding  between the mattress and box springs.  Thomas was charged with accessory after the fact.  Shaw was held without bond.

     Dustin Foust of Henry was charged at Wal-Mart with violation of sentence and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Jacob Kennon of Springville was arrested for DUI.

     David Lusk of Union City was charged with failure to appear.

     Larry Brown of Buchanan was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and violation of the financial responsibility law.

       John Sneed of  Brown St.  was charged with arson.

     James Sanders of Boise St. was charged as a fugitive from justice.

     A washer and dryer plus furniture were reported stolen from a rental house on Maple St. in Henry.  The washer and dryer were later recovered.

     Had A Call Grocery  reported that 2 juveniles attempted to shop lift at the store.  The underage youth had opened a window and were setting bottles of beer on the window sill to collect once they had left the premises.

 

   

Arrests  5/17/07

          Eric Adams of Brown Lane was held without bond for aggravated burglary.

     James Glisson of Reynoldsburg Rd. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

     Bobby Lightsey of Springville was stopped on Cypress Rd. and charged with a second driving on a revoked driver's license  and violation of financial responsibility.

     Gary Allen of Chickasaw was arrested for a 2nd driving on a suspended driver's license.

     James Perry of Puryear was charged with violation of probation.

     Nicholas Palanki of Lampkins Rd. was held without bond for violation of sentence.

     Shane Pyburn of Guthrie Rd. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Joshua Eaves of Camden was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of a legend drug.

     Anthony Floyd of Belmont St. was charged with theft of property.

     Garron Crafton of Springville was arrested for domestic assault.

     Jennifer Davis of Rabbit Creek Rd was charged with contempt.

     Sonia Yoblonnski was charged in juvenile court on a mittimus for contempt.

     A false report was filed when 911 dispatch received a hang up call of someone being shot on Short Rd.  and then the phone went dead.  5 officers responded to the area but no one was found.   The call was traced to Kendall's Sanitation  on Jones Bend Rd.  When officers questioned neighbors no one had heard any gun shots.  Police left a message on the phone number they had traced and when the message was returned by phone  owner Roger Kendall the voice was the same as on the 911 recording reporting the shooting.  Kendall stated that his phone had been stolen.  A warrant for his arrest was issued. 

    

Arrests  5/16/07

     Teair Williams of Harrison Ln. was charged with underage consumption.

     Jason Cheek of Neeley Rd. was stopped on India Rd. and charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

     Dahichels Caldwell of Henry was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

     Brian Gliss of Irvine St. was charged with burglary/ breaking and entering and vandalism.

     Patricia Calk of Puryear was charged as a fugitive from justice.

     Eric Adams , 24, of Brown Ln. was arrested on an attachment on Brewer St. along with Jon Wilson,  25, of Hwy 641S who was charged with false reports.   The arrests occurred when Jon was caught throwing beer cans at Sheriff Belew's vehicle.  He stated that he did not see anything and had been inside the bar.  He was heard joking that he knew it was the sheriff and wanted to hit him with the cans.

     Michael Hardin of Hollow Rock was held without bond for failure to appear.

     James King of Lone Oak Rd. was charged with domestic assault.

     Jamie Cummings of Trezvant  was charged with shoplifting at Wal-mart.

     Eddie Rowlette of Big Rock was charged with felony drug fraud and is being held in Stewart Co. jail.

     Joshua Evans of Camden was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug, possession of a legend drug and violation of the seat belt law.  The arrest occurred when the vehicle was stopped for the seat belt violation.

     Michael Hugueley of Big Sandy was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and speeding, doing 69 in a 55 mph zone.

     2 were arrested at Wal-mart Monday for shoplifting.  Trent Townes of Trezvant and Crystal Mealer of McKenzie were held by Wal-Mart until officers arrived.  The 2 had taken $116 in items including DVDs, clothing and snack foods.

     A pit bull valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from the yard of a residence on Cole Fairway

     

Arrests  5/15/07

     Steven Fishinghawle of Mocking bird Ln.  was charged with violation of probation.

     Stewart Caldill of Mason Ln. was charged with public intoxication and domestic assault.

     James Perry of Puryear was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license for a dui.

     Boris Tommaszewicz of Aden St. was charged at HCMC for public intoxication.

     Robert Copeland of Curtis St. was charged with failure to appear.

     Elizabeth Scott of Dobbins St. was charged with domestic assault and violation of the bad check law.

     Keith McKee of Vandyke Grove Rd. was  arrested at the Elks Lodge for public intoxication and simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

     Christopher Triplett of Franklin Dr. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Travis Odell of Puryear was charged with DUI and underage possession of alcohol  along with Colt Halsteed who was charged with underage drinking.

     Dwight Melton of Lumber Rd. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.

     Robert Canfield of Martin was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Russell Klinebrie of Locus St. was charged with public intoxication.

     Lucian Byington  of Martin was arrested for DUI and violation of the implied consent law.

     Cory Kelley of Greenfield TN was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.

Angel Garman of was charged with violation of probation and violation of the bad check law.

     Theft of a Honda 4 wheeler valued at $6,000 was reported over the weekend from Clifty Rd.  The 4 wheeler was stolen from a shed behind the residence.  The key had been left in the vehicle.

     A shed with living quarters above it was totally destroyed on Clifty Rd.  The building  was located across the street from where the 4 wheeler was stolen.  Kitchen appliances and other items were destroyed at a value of $10,000 on Friday.

Arrests  5/12/07

        Theresa Ward of Buchanan  was charged with failure to appear.

     Joe Williams of McClain Trailer Park  was arrested on a warrant for theft of property.

Arrests  5/11/07

     Ted Jorgensen of Terrace Woods Lodge was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license and violation of financial responsibility  law.

     A burglary was reported on Curtis St.  Gold and diamond rings, a gold watch, camcorder and antique silverware was reported missing.  The resident was in the process of moving when the theft of the items occurred.   

     Theft of a purse from a vehicle parked at a residence on Vandyke Rd. was reported Thursday.  The window of the vehicle have been left down.

Arrests  5/10/07

     On Tuesday, May 8, the Metro Crime Unit, Henry County Sheriff's office and the Paris Police Department executed a search  warrant at 612 Depot St.  Officers located marijuana and crack cocaine at the residence.  Arrested were Arroyo Ray and Danielle Gunasekana, both of 612 Depot.  Both were charged with possession of cocaine base with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell  and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Electronic scales were also located in the residence and $4,000 in drug proceeds confiscated.

     Other arrests included Leon Foster of Jenkins St. was arrested on Wynn St. and held without bond on a pick up mittimus for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug.

     Harvey Murray of Chattanooga was charged with violation of the bad check law.

     Charles Williams of Willow Oak Dr. was arrested on Wynn St. on a warrant and charged as a fugitive from justice.    

     David Snyder of Holiday Acres was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Lamont Treadway of Bruceton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

     Bryant Arnett of Jeffreys Circle was charged with violation of probation.

     Eric Ainscough of Ables Rd. was arrested on 2 pick up mittimus and a fugitive from justice.

      Christopher Brewer of Springville was arrested in the parking lot of Burger King and held without bond on charges with failure to appear.

     Shannon Toole of Big Sandy was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license and violation of the registration law.

     School Resource officer Bufford Taylor reported an altercation at Henry County Alternative School when one student picked up a fork from the tray and stuck it into the neck of another student then pulled a small knife from a pocket in his cargo pants and waved it in a threatening manner.

 

Arrests  5/9/07

     Joseph Joyner of Madison St. was arrested on Buchanan Rd. for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legion drug and violation of probation.

     Leland Pyburn of Guthrie Rd. was arrested on Fairground Rd. for driving on a suspended driver's license and held without bond on a warrant for failure to appear.

     Theft and forgery was reported at the Animal Shelter on Recycling Drive.  An employee had been changing the receipts for impound fees, sometimes taking the $20, other times only taking $10.  She was also caught forging the signature of another employee on the receipts.  The incidents had been occurring for several months.  Dogs and puppies that were taken to the shelter also disappeared, their where abouts unknown.

Arrests  5/8/07

     

     On Friday, May 4, the Metro Crime Unit, the Henry County Sheriff's Office and the Paris Police Department executed a search warrant at  414 Memorial Drive .  Officers located approx. 10 marijuana plants growing behind the residence.  Living at the residence was Aze Davis who was charged with manufacturing marijuana and unlawful  possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Germi Tharpe of Jones St. was charged with resisting stop, halt and frisk on Friday.

     Ronald Cole of W. Wood St. was charged with driving without a driver's license.

     Amanda Jones of Fish Pond Rd. was charged with contempt of court.

     Marian Goode of Buchanan was arrested Friday and charged with burglary  and pick pocketing/theft of property.

     Saturday Danny Hart of Rowe School Rd. was charged with burglary and theft of property over $500.

     Donnie Hutcherson of Railroad Ave. was arrested on a capias and 2 counts of violation of probation out of circuit court.

     Dustin McSwain of Springville was stopped on Hwy 79N  and arrested for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug.  The arrest was made during a routine traffic stop when officers saw marijuana spilt all over the front of McCain's shirt.

     Randy Webb of Glisson Rd. was arrested on Hwy 641N by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall for DUI.

     Just before midnight that night Paschall arrested 2 others.  Melissa Breidert of Frankfort KY was charged with criminal responsibility for another and Latosha Ferguson of Hazel was charged with underage drinking.

     Brian Britton of Durid Ln. was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Horace McNairy of Irvine St. was arrested on Harrison Ln. for criminal trespassing.

     Danny Watts of Palmersville was arrested in the parking lot of Huddle House for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

     Pete Sheppard of Henry was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Charles Batton and Tammy Young, both of 160 Durid Ln. were arrested by Inv. David Archie and charged with 3 counts of child abuse/neglect each.

     Jessica Vostinar of Hwy 69N was charged with  public intoxication.  The arrest occurred when officers were told of an abandoned vehicle.  They arrived on 69N and found the vehicle sitting in the middle of the road.  Officers found Jessica walking down the road and when asked she stated that the truck had stopped running so she left it.  According to the police report she smelled strongly of alcohol.

     Bobby Lightsey of Crappie Dr. was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Patricia Barnett of N. Porter was charged with theft of property.

     A disturbance at Futures Golf Course on Puryear County Club Rd. was reported over the weekend.  The owner asked 3 golfers not to drive the golf cart off the marked trails.  The 3 drove them onto the green anyway near the 8th hole.  When confronted by the owner it turned into a fight with several injuries,  including a dog bite to one of the golfers  from the owners dog.  The golfer was treated and released from the ER. 

     

          

Arrest  5/5/07

Karen Noble of Milan and Timothy Crabtree of Milan  were arrested Thursday after a domestic call was received.   When deputies arrived the suspects had already left the scene.  Noble was charged with accessory after the fact, DUI and violation of the implied consent law.  Crabtree was charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault and held without bond.  The arrest occurred on Hwy 218 By-pass.  Deputies required the assistance of 2 state troopers to bring the vehicle, driven by Noble to a stop in which Crabtree was a passenger. Crabtree was charged with hitting a female victim and hitting and knocking a male victim to the ground and kicking him in the head. 

     Jason Nickell of Hwy 77 was arrested on a warrant for failure to register as a sexual offender.

     Nina Travis of Ogburn St. was charged with filing a false report.

     Jacob Kennon of Springville was charged with violation of probation.

     Travis Noordt of Jackson was charged with failure to appear. 

Arrests  5/4/07

     Travis Noordt of Jackson TN was charged with failure to appear.

     Kimberly Sneed of Green Valley Dr. was arrested on Wood St. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop after she was observed leaving a known drug house.

     William Barnett of Chickasaw Rd. was held without bond for failure to appear.

     Paul Wilson of Mansfield was held without bond on a capias.

     Officers stopped a juvenile on Jackson Dr. when he was clocked doing 66mph in a 40 mph zone.

     A radiator was reported stolen from a truck parked by the barn on Osage Crossland RD.

     A set of golf clubs, valued at $2,000 were reported stolen from a cart in the cart shed at the Paris Country Club.

     Identity theft was reported by a Henry County woman.  She told deputies that she had received a past due bill from The Discover Card.  She does not have a Discover Card.  A credit check showed several other companies that she did not do business with having purchases that dated back to 2005.

     Drugs were reported stolen from a truck at the loading area behind Super 'D'.  Officers received a call of an auto burglary in progress and arrived to find a black male, later identified as Ronald Deberry, removing containers of pharmaceuticals from a delivery truck.  When officers arrived the subject drove off and was later located in McKenzie where he is being held until he is transported back to Henry County.  Deberry was identified in a photo lineup by the truck driver.

Arrests  5/3/07

     Charles Williams of Willow Oaks Rd. was charged with public intoxication.

     Thomas Toones Jr. of Ripley TN was held without bond for violation of probation out of Circuit Court and on a capias.

     Corey Cutherson  of Guthrie Rd. was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.

     Robert Lonon III of Springville was arrested on a warrant for assault and held on a no contact bond.

     Theresa Mathis of Lankford Rd. was arrested at City Hall for criminal trespassing.

     8 aluminum rims with 4 tires were reported stolen from Forest Ln.  The other 4 tires were stolen the next day.   The rims and tires fit a 8o's model Ford.

Arrests  5/2/07

     Jameshia Tharpe of Paris was held without bond on a capias.

     Joshua Johnson of Reynoldsburg Rd. was charged with dogs allowed at large.

     Sid Lowden of Copeland Rd. was charged with domestic assault.

     Randall Lewis II and Michael Underwood were arrested at Bottom's Up for public intoxication.

     John Barrentt was arrested for public intoxication.  The arrest came when Barrett, ran from officers and was found hiding in the woods.  He smelled strongly of alcohol and stated he had been drinking at the 641 Club.

     Thomas Carver of Big Sandy was charged with public drunk.

     John Doulas of Mays Bridge Rd. was charged with public intoxication.

     Andrea Shannon of Russell St. was held without bond for failure to appear.

     James Purdy of Brown Rd. was held without bond for domestic assault.

     John Colgate of Hwy 69N was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Carlos Cowan of Murfreesboro was charged with DUI, evading arrest and driving without a driver's license.

     Khristopher Dumas of Lankford Apts. was charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law.

     On Sunday Sally Harms of Franklin Dr. was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

     Stephanie Tucker of Orchard Rd. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.       

     Fredrick Bucklew II of Summerville was charged with DUI.

     Jessica Flippia of Buena Vista TN was stopped on Hwy 79S and charged with filing a false report,  possession of a scheduled 6 drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing.

     Bryan Hightower of Murray was arrested in the parking lot of the 641 Club and charged with underage possession and consumption and using a false ID.

     Beth Ingram of E. Wood St. was stopped on Lone Oak for DUI and possession of a fire arm while intoxicated.

     Kevin Williamson of Huntingdon was arrested on E. Wood St. for DUI on Saturday.

     Richard Medlock, 44, of Mansfield was arrested for harassment and held on a no contact bond.

     On Friday Shannon Toole of Big Sandy was stopped for driving on a revoked driver's license.

     William Lockhart of Rowe School Rd. was stopped on Vaughn Rd. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

     Pamela    Sherrod of Bruceton was held without bond for violation of probation.

     Michael Swor of Centerfield Ln. was arrested on Hwy 69 for public intoxication.  The arrest came after complaints of a man walking down the road by City Limits Bar and nearly stepped in front of an oncoming vehicle.

          Leslie Clenendine of Aden St. was charged with aggravated assault.

     Jamie Russell and Robin Garner, both of Caledonia St. Ext. were arrested and charged with domestic assault.

     A bar check was conducted at 'Bottom's Up' because of complaints of under aged drinking and drug activity in the parking lot.  3 suspects ran when officers arrived.  One suspect Nicolas Palanki of Camp Tyson Rd, formerly of Texas, had to be tackled by the officer.  He was charged with resisting stop, halt and frisk, evading arrest, simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and as a fugitive from justice out of Texas.  

     A burglary was reported at Copeland Metals over the weekend.   $600 worth of cooper wire was reported taken from  the yard.  The fence had been cut to gain access to the business.
