Arrests 8/31/07 Lisa McKnight of Linded TN was held with out bond for violation of probation. Shirley Webb of Vaughn Rd. was held without bond for contempt of court. Jim Wilson of Old Paris Murray Rd. was stopped on N. Market St. for DUI Phillip Page of Laurel Lane was held without bond for domestic assault. Melissa Patterson of Camden was stopped on Chickasaw Rd. and charged with DUI. Bruce Pinson of Dunlap St. was charged with driving on a suspended diver's license. Christopher Kendall of King St. was held without bond for contempt of court.
Arrests 8/30/07 Jason Teague of Walnut Circle was charged with theft of property. Shannon Stracener was held without bond for failure to appear. Thomas Burgess of Hidden Pines was arrested at the Emergency Room for a 4th DUI, violation of the implied consent law and driving on a revoked driver's license. A 2 vehicle accident with injuries was reported in Buchanan. EMS and the Tennessee Highway Patrol were called to the scene. DVD's, a Nintendo, games and a game controller were reported stolen from a residence on Tanglewood Lane. The items were located in the Pyramid Pawn Shop. Arrests 8/29/07 Keith Cherry, 43, of Old Union Loop was charged as a fugitive from justice. William Arnold, 41, of Reynoldsburg Rd. was charged with failure to appear, theft of property on a pickup mittimus. Mark Moore of Williams St. was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Robert Lewis of Lone Oak Rd. was charged on a warrant as a fugitive from justice, possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. The theft of 2 four wheelers from Select Auto on Hwy 641N was reported. Witnesses saw 2 males in their early 20's load the 4 wheelers onto a trailer and drive off headed to Murray. Arrests 8/28/07 On Friday the Metro Crime Unit and Sgt. Eddie Forrest of the Henry County Sheriff's Office charged Leroy John Monroe of Hwy 641 N with Manufacturing Marijuana . A witness located the marijuana growing in a field near Monroe's residence and notified officers. Officers conducted a search of the residence and property, locating a marijuana plant on the property and in an outbuilding. Other arrests included Austin Wells of Murray and Kyle McKiney of Alamo KY for underage consumption on Crossland Rd. Michael Littleton of Vance St. was stopped on Hwy. 641N for DUI. Jorge Morals of Murray was with driving without a driver's license and violation of the open container law. Carlos Aguero Jr. of Murray was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. David Dunlap of Hwy 69S was held without bond for domestic assault. Joyce Mack of White St. was charged with failure to appear. Donna Bogue of Trenton TN was arrested on Boat Dock Rd. for vandalism. Jonathan Herren of McKenzie arrested on E. Wood St. for underage consumption. Ronald Samples of Jeffery Cove was arrested by Bottoms up for driving on a revoked driver's license. Cory Clayton of Blakemore St. was arrested on a capias and held without bond. Nathaniel Essex and Elizabeth Abernathy of Lexington TN were arrested on Washington St. Essex was charged with underage consumption, Abernathy with criminal responsibility for another. Jason Brinkman of Huntingdon was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Robin Bevier of Lone Oak Rd. was held without bond for violation of the sex offender registration and 4 counts of violation of community supervision. Julie Sedden of Washington Court was changed as a fugitive from justice. Brandi Mayo of Nashville was charged with criminal trespassing. Denica Hayes of Mandalay Rd. and James Williams of Depot St. were arrested at Crestview Manor. Hayes was charged with underage consumption. Williams was charged with public drunk . Donald Travis of Henry was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. A break in at McFadden's Garage in Henry was reported. The store was closed at 6pm and when the owner arrived at 7am the door was opened about 3 or 4 inches. Nothing was found missing. A break in was also reported on Macedonia Rd. The door had been kicked in. Missing was a jewelry box. Copper wiring and several thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen from Nobles Rd. The residence had been empty for several years. Arrests 8/25/07 Rhonda Flowers of S. Porter St. was charged with failure to appear. Cynthia Harding of Puryear was arrested on Stafford Rd. for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child abuse and neglect. Bond was set at $20,000. Donald Beal, 21, of Old McKenzie Hwy. was charged with statutory rape. Bond was set at $2500. Raymond Watkins of Murray was arrested on Hwy 69 by State Trooper James Sexton for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a driver's license. The arrest occurred when the trooper answered the crash call. Robert Buie of Foundry Hill Rd. was charged in court with theft of property and violation of probation. GE Haynes of Henry was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.
Arrests 8/24/07 Jerry Stallions, 30, of Henry was stopped 0n 79N on a traffic stopped charged with promotion of the manufacture of meth. During the stop officers detected the chemical odor of anhydrous ammonia coming from the pick up truck. A can of Coleman camp fuel with a hole in it that was stuffed with a t-shirt was discovered. in the truck bed. The can was frosted and smelled of the ammonia. Stallions claimed he did not know what it was and it was not his. Matthew Kee, 25, of Camden was charged with simple assault and public intoxication. Arrested with him was Jarred Sayles, 26, of Camden who was charged with public intoxication. Mark Stewart, 28,of Guthrie Rd. was charged with vandalism under $500 . Keith Stafford of Dresden was changed as a fugitive from justice out of KY. Tammy Burregi of Hwy 77 was charged with DUI. Elizabeth Perry of Puryear was charged as a fugitive from justice. A Jon boat was reported stolen from Springville where the chain it was attached to had been cut. 3 mail boxes were reported vandalized on Lakeview Dr. Arrests 8/23/07 Kenneth Homer of Belmont Lodge Apts. was arrested on Powell St. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Known for his past affiliation with crack cocaine, he was stopped and found with a crack pipe in his vehicle. Jessie Pewitt of McKenzie was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license Keith Bomar of Jones street was charged with 2 counts of violation of probation. Kenric Reddick of Lois St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Regina Harrison of W.Wood St. was charged with theft of property. Amdelo Easley of Clifton St. was charged with failure to appear and criminal trespassing. Keith Stafford of Dresden was charged with failure to appear. Brittany Easley, 21, was cited for False 911 Calls. She was watching little cousins who were using her cell phone to make multiple 911calls, 50, in all. Dispatch was able to narrow down the location of the calls to Powell and Cowen Streets. Officers had been informed by dispatch that they could hear children and an adult in the background. Police went knocking on doors and located Easley at Crestview Manor. Her cell phone was seized and she was issued a citation. Arrests 8/22/07 William Howell of Cottage Grove was held without bond per the judges orders for disorderly conduct. The incident happed at Harrelson school where Howell jumped out of the car while hid mother was picking up another child. He ran into the woods and officers spent approx 2 hours looking for him. He was located standing in the middle of Hwy 140 where he was almost hit by a semi truck. According to the sheriff's office this is a reoccurring problem and they do not intend to keep answering call concerning him. Billy Melton of Thompson St. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. Jackie Waddell of McKenzie was arrested at Pizza Hut for public intoxication. Several fires have been reported this week. A brush and grass fire at Blythe and Blanton was reported involving brush on the side of the street. Landscaping mulch along the side of the street on Mineral Wells Ave. caught on fire. And a fire at Whispering Pines on Hwy 69 was reported where a smoldering stump was finally put out.
Arrests 8/21/07 Roger Stoartz, 29, of Hwy 69N was arrested on Mineral Wells Ave. by Swifty's for DUI. Donald Shaddon of Whitlock Rd. was charged with manufacture of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred when officers were tipped of that there marijuana plants growing at the residence. Officers located one potted plant, approx. 4 feet high growing behind a propane tank. Clint Lackey of Walnut St. was stopped on Hwy 69N for driving on a suspended driver's license. Kendall Hurt of Palestine Rd. was charged with a 2nd driving on a suspended driver's license. Edward Koebber of Swor Rd. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Michelle Cox of Lone Oak Rd. was arrested at E.W.James for theft under $500 and simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Alonzo Raymer of Robert Scott Rd. was arrested Friday at McDonalds for public intoxication. Wesley Barnes of Elroy Dr. was held was arrested by The Print Guy and held with out bond for failure to appear to do a jail sentence. John Vanscholck of Florida was arrested on Elks Lodge Dr. and charged with public intoxication. Donald Prince, 36, of Camden was arrested on Hwy 79 at the Foxy Lady for altering/forging plates. Officers observed the pick up truck with no visible tags displayed. He stated he had purchased plates but had no registration. Officers found that the month, 6, had been changed with a marker to 8. Mark Accomazzo, 39, of Buchanan was stopped on Hwy 140E for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug. Keith Green of Chicago was stopped on Hwy 69S for DUI. Shannon Brown and Joe Ray of Mandalay Rd. were arrested on Poplar St. Brown was charged with theft under $500 and Ray was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Adrin Teague of Henry was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The American Flag at Olive Branch Cemetery was stolen. The ropes on the flag pole had been cut and the flag taken. Arrests 8/18/07 James Buchanan of Foundry Hill Rd. was charged with possession of a scheduled 6 drug with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia. James Rainey of Hwy 54W was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred when officers observed Rainey crossing the center line several times. When stopped he stated he had not been drinking and had nothing illegal in the car. K-9 Casey was called in and located a smoking pipe and a small bag of marijuana. Curtis Carol of Wynn St. and Donna Rosengrant of Cypress Trail were charged with assault. Cynthia Woodard of Puryear was charged with failure to appear. James Rankhorn of McMinnville was arrested for statutory rape. Thomas Teague of Springville was charged with burglary and theft over $1,000. John Tharpe of Cherry St. was arrested for driving on a suspended driver's license for failure to pay child support and violation of he registration law. Arrests 8/17/07 Jacob McFarland of Manley St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Joshua Screws of Red Bud Ln. was charged with domestic assault. Lavell Bond of Manley St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Mark Brayman was charged with violation of probation and violation of registration. Jason Ricketts of Clifton TN was stopped on Hwy 641 by State Trooper Tyler and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license, violation of the seat belt law, violation of the open container law and violation of the registration law. Joshua McCurdy of Foundry Hill Rd. was charged with underage consumption. Bryan Roberts of Hwy 69N was arrested on 4 counts of burglary. Hunt Kendall of Palestine Rd. was charged with 3 counts of burglary. Arrests 8/16/07 Michael Rose of Reynoldsburg Rd. was held without bond for domestic assault. Jessica Bailey of Bailey Lane was charged with fraudulent use of a debit or credit card. Bailey was caught on a security camera at an ATM machine with drawing money from her grandmother's account in the amount of $670. The Henry County High School Resource Officer arrested a 16 year old student. The boy was involved in an altercation in the hallway of Building B. When he jerked away from the teacher the Resource Officer attempted to hold him. He continued to pull away when cuffs were brought out and a chemical weapon had to be used. He was transported to the jail where he was treated for the spray, cited for disorderly conduct and his parent contacted. Vandalism to a house still under construction on Howard Rd. was reported. A rock had been thrown thru windows. Arrests 8/15/07 On Monday Investigators of the Metro Crime Unit conducted an investigation which led to the recovery of marijuana pants and processed marijuana. Officers had received a tip of marijuana plants being grown on the property of 5865 Foundry Hill Rd. Officers conducted an investigation and a search warrant was issued. Officers located 2 large marijuana plants growing on the property and approx. 1 lbs. of processed marijuana along with a set of digital scales, 2 handguns and $760 in cash which was seized as drug proceeds. James Buchanan of Foundry Hill Rd. was charged with manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Buchanan was not present when the search was conducted but has contacted authorities and made arrangements to surrender himself. The Metro Crime Unit was assisted by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall and Rodney Littleton of the Henry County Sheriff's Office. Other arrests included Terry Dunlap of Caledonia Rd. He was arrested on Wynn St. and charged with 2 counts of violation of probation out of circuit court. Anthony Brewer of E. Washington St. was charged with violation of parole. Anna Johnson, 51, of Jones Bend Rd. was charged with harassment. Jeffrey McClain, 43, of Union City was charged with a felony sexual battery. Ronald Smith of Volunteer Apts. was charged with simple assault. Makecia Woodruff of Johnson St. was held without bond for violation of probation. Angela Beane of Jackson was charged with theft. A court summons was issued to Michael Beecham for criminal littering. A large pile of trash and garbage was reported in the woods just off of Chapel Hill Rd. In the pile letters and bills to Beecham were found. A .22 cal. rifle was reported stolen from Elkhorn Rd. Nail guns, saws, drills and specialty tools valued at $2,800 were reported stolen from a locked trailer at a construction site on Blood River Church Rd. A play station, computer and a flat screen TV was stolen from a residence on Crows Nest Loop. Arrests 8/14/07 Shannah Parkham of Springville was charged with forgery. Roger Cook of Chickasaw was arrested in Hospital Circle for public intoxication. Jonathan Goode of Aden St. was held without bond and charged with theft over $1,000 , theft under $500, possession of drug paraphernalia. Leigh Pinson of Walnut Ave. was arrested at Wal-Mart for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and possession of legend drugs and simple possession of scheduled 6 drug. Ashley Cowart of Aden St. and Tony Boyd of Ossie St. were held without bond Sunday for aggravated burglary. The arrest occurred when officers answered a call of a burglary. When they arrived on Mayburn St. the residents were holding the 2 at gun point. They told the officers that they had prior knowledge that the break-in was planned. Pry marks were found on the door and the pry bar was found in a ditch. On Saturday Audrey Young of Lankford Rd. was charged with public intoxication. Michelle Davis of Upper Standing Rock was arrested for simple possession, possession of a legend drug and unlawful possession of a fire arm. Officers were informed that there was a weapon in the house but Davis said she did not know where it was. A K-9 was brought to the scene to find the weapon. Stephen Pack of Atkins Dr. was arrested in Henry for DUI. Dustin Gargus and David Schleuch of Covington TN were arrested by Clay Riley at Paris Landing for BUI and violation of the implied consent law. Ronald Pinson of Lick Creek Rd. was stopped on Hwy 218 for DUI, violation of the implied consent law, speeding and violation of the open container law. Thomas Vestal of Big Sandy was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Autumn Holbrook and Joshua Nelson of Palestine Rd. were arrested Saturday. Holbrook was charged with underage possession and consumption. Nelson was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Tyrone Nash of Huntingdon was charged with DUI on Mineral Wells Ave. Nathan Tucker of Hwy 69S was charged at Bottoms Up Bar with public intoxication. Kila Palmer of Rison St. was charged with aggravated assault. Christopher Needham of Jackson was charged with violation of probation. Christopher Allen of Henry was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license for a DUI. Tereaia Barker of Huntingdon was charged with violation of probation. Carl Frazee of Riverside California was stopped on Hwy 641S and charged with 2nd DUI, driving on a suspended driver's license out of CA and a 2nd reckless endangerment, speeding, and violation of the implied consent law. Chris Brown was arrested on a warrant for sale of a scheduled 2, cocaine base drug. A break in was reported by a Springville resident who stated that there were pry marks on her door. The only thing missing were 6 pairs of underwear from her drawer. This makes 15 pairs of underwear missing in the last month. A trolling motor and fishing gear were missing from a boat parked in the driveway in Buchanan. 2 Pit Bulls were reported stolen from a yard on Buchanan Resort Rd.

Shannon Manning of Farmington KY was arrested as a fugitive from justice, simple possession of a scheduled 3 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Steve Adams of Sharon TN was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Gene Miliken of Porter St. was arrested on Rison St. for public intoxication. Shannon Stracnir of Trading Post Rd. was charged with violation of probation. Sawyer McCrady of Jackson was arrested on Mineral Wells Ave. for violation of probation out of Knox County. Steven Crawley of Smith Heights Rd. was charged in court with violation of probation. Christy Singleton of Old Union Rd. was charged in court for failure to appear. Rebecca Lemonds of Elkhorn Rd. was charged with harassment by phone. Billy Lewis of Cruthfield Ln. was arrested for domestic assault. A one vehicle accident was reported on Old McKenzie Hwy. The vehicle struck a utility pole and the driver was injured. Cynthia Hill of Halladay TN was charged with 29 counts of animal cruelty. Randall Green, 44, of Puryear was charged as a fugitive from justice and Theresa Snider, also of Puryear was charged with altered registration. The arrest occurred when the vehicle was spotted on Hwy 641N with licenses plates that had clearly been tampered with.

Scott Morris of Clifty St. was arrested on Mineral Wells Ave. and charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and harassment. Dustin Kreitz of Springville was charged with violation of probation. Justin Long of Jones Bend Rd. was charged with violation of probation. Stephen Cooke of Point Mason Rd. was arrested for driving on a revoked driver's license for DUI. James Allen of Palmersville was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.
Arrests 8/9/07 James Christe of Green Hill Rd. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license an as an habitual offender. The arrest occurred when Christe was seen driving a 3 wheeler on the main road by officers. Garrett Allen of Lake St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Amanda Townes of Brown St. was charged with filing a false report. David Chabnock Jr. of Puryear was charged with theft over $1,000. Randy Carter of Hwy 218 Bypass was charged with violation of probation and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gary Tharpe of Paris was charged with violation of probation. Sherry Davis of Morton St. was charged with violation of probation. Michael Williams of Irvine St. was charged with violation of sentence. Dolan Sager of Glisson Rd., China Jenkins of Highwood Circle and Nathan Young of Dorch Lane were charged with filing a false repot when they brought a subject into the ER who had overdosed. They first told officers that he had taken a narcotic, then they said that they were at a party when it happened but didn't remember where the party was. Officers were eager to locate the party incase there were others who had overdosed. In the end there was no party and the youth had been drinking whiskey all night causing him to pass out. Arrests 8/8/07 Robert Cox of Lexington was arrested on Hwy 79N and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Eli Thompson of Memorial Dr. was held without bond and charged with aggravated sexual battery. Mary Hopper of Bruceton was charged with theft over $100 and acquiring a controlled substance by fraud. Christy Fautt of Guthrie Rd. was arrested on a warrant for violation of sentence. Arrests 8/7/07 Timothy Crabtree of Springville was held without bond and charged on Sunday with criminal attempt to committee 2nd degree murder, evading arrest and reckless endangerment. The arrest occurred when sheriff's deputies received a call of a man with a gun on Woody Lane. Trooper Cox was told by a neighbor that everyone had left in a red blazer. The vehicle was located by Sgt. Riggins. A wines told the officer that one person was in bad shape from Crabtree who hit him in the head with a shotgun six times and fired a round from the gun into the ground before leaving the scene. The stock of the gun was broken and found at the scene. Justin Long of Jones Bend Rd. was charged with disorderly conduct. Germi Tharpe of Jeffery's Cove was charged with criminal impersonation and violation of probation. Rachael Young, 22, of Guthrie Rd. was charged with aggravated assault. Cedrick Tharpe, 32, of Whiskey Ridge was charged with aggravated assault. Romesha Tharpe of Jeffery's Cove was charged with aggravated assault. Bryant Arnett of Jeffrey's Cove was charged with aggravated assault The 6 were arrested at Jeffery's Cove. An argument broke out and a baseball bat was used to bust out a vehicle window and strike and threaten others. Bryan Caldwell of Castleton Cove Rd. was arrested on Hwy 79 for DUI, possession of a handgun while under the influence and violation o the implied consent law. Paul Rushing of Murray was arrested at Paris Landing Marina Sunday with Boating under the influence. Jimmy Crosby of Dickson was charged with BUI on KY Lake by Clay Riley. William Bailey of White St. was arrested on an attachment for contempt . Andy Perdue of Springville was charged with failure to appear. Thomas Foust of Welches Way Dr. was charged with DUI on Brewer St. and violation of the implied consent law. On Saturday Phyllis Taylor of Hwy 54W was arrested for DUI. Jacob Egle of Rowe School Rd. was charged with DUI, violation of the seat belt law and violation of the open container law. Worman Lockhart of McClain Trailer Park was charged with failure to appear. Robert Isbell of Mansfield was arrested at Paris Landing for BUI. Christine Darnell of Kriksey KY was arrested by Puryear Police Chief Paschall on Hwy 641N and charged with public intoxication and aggravated assault. Roger Wallace, 32, of Guthrie Rd. was arrested on Brewer St. and charged with simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug, violation of the financial responsibility law, failure to exhibit a driver's license, violation of the brake light law and driving on a revoked driver's license. The meth was found in the police vehicle where the subject had put it upon being arrested. Amanda Whitten of Bradford TN and Tony Capps Jr. of Cottage Grove were arrested at Wal-Mart and charged with theft under $500. Crystal Somerville of Market St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Coleman Durham was held without bond for failure to appear to serve a jail sentence.
Arrests 8/4/07 Laura Baker of Mandalay Rd. was charged with failure to appear. Christopher Kendall of Greer St. was arrested for domestic assault. Richard Phillips of KY was held without bond for Graves Co. on charges of violation of probation. Vernon Moore of Hwy 54W was arrested on Memorial Drive for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and simple possession of a scheduled 3 drug. James Lemonds of Spring Hill Creek Rd. was charged with 3 counts of cruelty to animals. Stephanie Mitchell of Copeland Rd. was stopped on Mineral Wells and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and possession of a deadly weapon. A break-in was reported on Leanard Ln. Entry was made through the front door and found missing was cash, jewelry and a 9mm pistol. Arrests 8/3/07 Paris Police have charged Phillip Bomar, 38, of Williams Rd. in Camden with the burglary of the BPU warehouse, as well as the theft of some 1,000 pounds of cooper wire from the same location. Bomar is being held in the Benton County jail on related charges and is facing a pending court date in Henry County. Richard Lyons of Pineview Rd. was charged with manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of weapons. A break in to a cabin on Yergin Ln was reported to the sheriff's office. Taken were electronic equipment including a stereo and DVD player. Arrests 8/2/07 Evan Lemonds of Spring Hill Creek Rd. was charged with cruelty to animals. 5 horses were found suffering from malnutrition. The owner stated that he could not afford to feed or take care of them. Many had injuries that had never been taken care of including a spike in one horse's hoof caused by the owner when he wad attempting to learn to shoe horses. Another horse was totally blind. Anthony Tharpe of Wynn St. was arrested in the E.W. James parking lot for driving on a suspended driver's license, violation of the seat belt law and violation of the financial responsibility law. Donald Yoder, 39, of Davenport, IA was arrested on Fentress St. and held without bond for failure to appear. John Johnson of Paris Landing Marine was charged with criminal contempt for violation ex parta, which is one step before an order of protection is issued. Cassie Weatherley of Copper Springs Rd. was charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. The arrest occurred in the parking lot of the jail just after Weatherly was released from jail. She began an argument with the person who had picked her up and drove into the curb and shrubs in the parking lot. According to officer's reports her behavior was consistent with met users.
Arrests 8/1/07 Brandon Poole of Franklin KY was arrested in the Wal-Mart parking lot for public intoxication. Vicky Staggs of Cherokee Plains was charged with aggravated assault. Derrick LaFoy of Hwy 69S was arrested in McClain's Trailer Park for simple possession of a scheduled 3 drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the financial responsibility law. Cassie Weatherly of Springville was arrested on Pig Lane and charged with possession of a scheduled 6 drug with intent, simple possession of a scheduled 2, drug, simple possession of a scheduled 3 drug, simple possession of a scheduled 4 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred when the vehicle was spotted by officers on patrol. She told officers that the car was out of transmission fluid and would not start. A set of scales were found in her purse and a laundry bag contained the drugs bagged for resale. Major Topps of Minnesota was charged with forgery. Rachel Mabe of Harrison Ln. was arrested on Routon St. for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gerald Dolberry of Gordon St. was arrested and held without bond for domestic assault. Franklin Ferguson of Como was charged with animal cruelty. The subject was on Starkey Lane where 11 dogs, in various stages of malnutrition with their ribs showing, were found. There was no food, no water and only one dog house for shelter. The area had not been cleaned for sometime. Ferguson was charged last year with cruelty to animals involving horses and order by the court to not have any more pets.
