Arrests  4/27/07

     Lorenzo Sturdivant of Wynn St. was held without bond for violation of sentence.

     Kent Young of Guthrie Rd. was arrested on an attachment.

     Edricco Patton or Routon St. was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Brandy Oliver of McKenzie was charged with public intoxication.  The subject was found on the side of Reynoldsburg Road without his shirt.

     Ricky Webb of Hwy 69N was charged with theft of property over $1,000 and driving without a driver's license.  Webb is charged with taking a work truck without permission.  Wittness stated that when officers arrived Webb jumped from the truck and ran into the woods.  Paris Police officers found him in the woods off of Whitlock Rd. smelling strongly of alcohol.

      A break in at Polaris Landing was reported.  Taken was a 2005 Honda motorcycle valued at $1,600.  The phone lines had been cut, a window broken out to gain entry and approx. $10.00 taken from the cash register.

     

Arrests  4/26/07

     Still At Large.  According Paris Police Chief Tommy Cooper the Paris Police Department issued an arrest warrant and is currently looking for Taurean Dionte White.  White is charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.  The charges stem from a shooting that occurred in the early hours of Tuesday April 24th at the home of Mr. White at 713 W. Blythe St.  White is accused of beating and shooting  George Bo White of the same address.  The incident happened after the two had an argument over money.  White was seen leaving the scene in a green 2006 Dodge Stratums.  He was again seen that afternoon in Trenton TN.  White is considered armed and dangerous.  According to Investigator Frey of the Paris PD Tureen White is believed to be somewhere between Jackson and Memphis.  Any information on White should be reported to the Paris Police at 731-642-2424.  White is a black, 23 year old male.  Bo White is currently in Henry County Medical Center.

     Other Arrests -

          Stephanio Mitchell of Langford Rd. was charged with domestic assault. 

     John Rawls of McKenzie was stopped at Key Stop and charged with driving on a revoked driver's license and violation of the window tint law.

     Amos Warnick of India Rd. was charged with disorderly conduct. 

     Charles Williams of Willow Oaks Dr. was arrested at Belmont Lodge Apts. and charged as a fugitive from justice.

     Charmaine Sommerville of Yates St. was held without bond for parole violation.

     Mark Sandoval of Puryear was arrested by R.J.'s Bar for domestic assault.

     Holly Locke of Dresden was charged with violation of the registration law and driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Deborah Pillow of Crestview Manor was charged with violation of probation.

     Corey Teague of Harrison Ln. was charged with domestic assault.

     Ronald Parrish of Springhill Rd. was held without bond for violation of probation.

     Nicholas Flood of Durid Ln. was held without bond for initiation of the meth production process.  The meth lab was discovered by a citizen who was walking through the woods.

 

Arrests  4/25/07

     Donald Shaddon of Whitlock Rd. was held without bond for failure to appear , out of general sessions court.

     Theadore Dubois  of Puryear was charged in general sessions court with violation of an order of protection.

     Alesha Adams of Murray was charged in general sessions court with failure to appear.

     Cara Ferguson of Blood River Church Rd.  was held without bond and charged with failure to appear.

     Lauren Wilson of Bridgett St. was cited for doing 78 mph in a 55 mph zone on Hwy 54.

     Justin Essary of Graceland Rd. was cited for doing 72 in a 45mph zone on Vandyke Rd.

     A shed door was found broken in at the Henry County Landfill.  Missing were 2 socket sets, a cordless drill, charger and case and assorted tools.

 

Arrests  4/24/07

      Joe Stafford of Milan TN was charged with theft of property over $1,000.

     Angela Williams of Irvine St. was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.

     Waylon Rushing of Buchanan was held without bond  for domestic assault.

     On Sunday Tyler Stalls of Dexter Ky, Chanlee Moss, Brandon Boggess of Alamo KY, Kristien Mardis of Handlin KY  and Kenny Orr of Murray were stopped on Hwy 641N by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall and charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Hernadoz Romero of Murray was stopped on Hwy 641N by Puryear Police Chief Paschall and charged with driving without a driver's license and simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug on Saturday.

     Larry Bell of Springville was held without bond for failure to appear.

     Linda Beach of Murray was arrested  at the 641 Club for public intoxication.

     Melissa Godby of Hidden Acres Rd. was charged on an attachment for contempt of Court.

     Jonathan Dencler of Magnolia St. was charged with violation of probation.

     Sheila Howard of Poplar St. Apts. was charged at Magnolia Apts. with theft of property over $500.

     Charles Richardson of Morningside Village was arrested on an attachment.

     Jeffery Barlow of Wofford Ln. was  arrested on W. Wood St. for DUI   and violation of the implied consent law Saturday night.

     Carol Thompson of Lone Oak Rd. was arrested on an attachment.

     Tim Millraney of Chickasaw Rd. was arrested on Brewer and charged with public intoxication. 

     Elisha Truell  of Camden was charged at Dr. Gulish's office with obtaining a prescription by fraud.

     Brian Wood of Old Paris Murray Rd. was held without bond for violation of probation out of circuit court.

     Ralph Tucker of Springville was charged wit theft of property over $500.

     David Oakley of E. Wood St. was arrested on a warrant at HCMC for robbery by Deputy Bryan Hall.

     Dustin Clayton of Head St. was arrested on Hwy 641S for driving on a revoked driver's license. speeding and violation of the financial responsibility law.

     A burglary was reported on Rabbit Creek Rd. over the weekend.  20 CDs, 5 movies and a play station game were reported missing as well as children's clothing which had been bagged but not taken from the residence.  Pry marks were found on an unlocked bedroom window.

     A box of checks were reported stolen from a mailbox on Edgar Cemetery Rd.

     

Arrests  4/21/07

     Kari Reeder  of Sunnyside Dr was s charged with failure to appear.

     Larenzo Studivant of Wynn St. was charged with violation of sentence.

     Matthew Ruddell of Mansfield was arrested on Old McKenzie Hwy. and charged with a 3rd DUI, violation of the implied consent law and introduction of a controlled substance into a penal institution.   He was observed by an off duty deputy weaving and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.  When he was taken to the jail for booking a small bag of marijuana was found hidden in his pocket.

     William Arnold of Reynoldsburg Rd., Dawn Kubiak, 35, of Reynoldsburg Rd. and Donna Wyatt of Kent Rd. were arrested on Blythe and Fentress and charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Adrianna Diggs of Harrison Ln. was held without bond per the judges orders for violation of probation.

     Jason Birdsong of Caledonia St. was charged with domestic assault.

     Emmitte Jones of Jones Bend Rd. ext. was arrested for a 2nd driving on a suspended driver's license and evading arrest.

     Darren Walton, 29, of Dukedon TN and  Rosetta Page, 34, of Ashland City  were arrested behind the Subway Restaurant on Hwy 641N Thursday night.  Walton was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment and a capias for a bench warrant.  He was also held for Stewart Co. for violation of probation.  Page was charged with failure to appear and evading arrest.  The arrests occurred when law enforcement received a tip that Walton would be coming thru town.    Deputy Myrick of the Sheriff's office and Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall perused Walton down Hwy 140 and Hwy 641 with sirens and lights on and he refused to stop.  He was found in his vehicle hiding behind the Subway in Puryear.

     A report of parts valued at $2,000 being stolen from a combine  located on Hwy 54 was received at the sheriff's office.

     A Cadillac frame and a 350 engine were reported stolen from Travis Loop.

     2 window air-conditioning units were stolen and stripped of their copper.  All the hardware was left behind in the driveway of the Bunn School Rd. residence. 

     

     

Arrests  4/20/07

     Charles Meadows of Dunlap St. was charged with public intoxication.

     Patsy  Webster of Hwy 140W was charged with aggravated burglary.

     Christopher Capps of Guthrie Rd. was charged with violation of probation.

     Daniel Munrey of Cactus Cove was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Correlius Harris of McKenzie was cited for speeding on Hwy 79S.  Radar clocked him doing 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.

     Angela Youngblood of Jack Younger Ln. was charged with aggravated burglary.  A witness called to report the burglary when she was seen to take a pair of hedge clippers and force open the trailer door of the residence.  She also was reported to have attempted to assault a female inside the residence.  She was found a short way from the residence when officers arrived on the scene.

Arrests  4/19/07

     John Tharpe of Cherry St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Joseph Taylor of N. Lake St. was charged wit violation of probation.

     Kristi Allen of Springville was charged with driving n a suspended driver's license and violation of the light law.

     Clayton Dierce of Springville was arrested at the probation office and held without bond on charges of vandalism.

     Alyssa Jackson of Hollow Rock was held in Carroll County jail on warrants from Henry County on charges of aggravated burglary, vandalism over $500 and simple assault.

 

Arrests  4/18/07

  Joshua Meltler  of E. Wood St. was held without bond on a pick up mittimus and evading arrest.

     Angie Patton of Routon St. was arrested on a pick up mittimus.

     Greg McCoy of Cal. was held without bond at the sheriff's office  as a fugitive from justice.

     Keith Jennifer of Gray St. was arrested at the Spider's Webb and held without bond for domestic assault , resisting arrest and vandalism.

     A 28 ft. duel wheel boat trailer was repeated stolen from UpChurch Dr.  The  trailer, valued at $5,000 had been chained to a tree.

     Tool box, tools and a wood splitter were found missing from a tool shed in Buchanan.  missing items were valued at $6,000.

     A case of joy riding was reported to the sheriff's office.  A woman called and stated that her grandmother had taken the car without permission.  The grandmother took the car, drove to her house and parked it.  The Springville car owner stated that she reported it so her grandmother would understand that she can not take the car without permission.

 

Arrests  4/17/07

     A 2 vehicle accident on Hwy 79 by 218 resulted in a woman being transported to the Henry County Medical Center.  The female cut in front of amid-size pick-up truck which spun around and ran up the guide wire of a utility pole tailgate first.  The accident occurred around noon on Monday.

     On Friday Jay Smith of Murray was stopped on Hwy 641N by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall and charged with 4 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

     Willie Porter of Henry, Alford Shaffer of Lark St, and Rachel Hendley of Hwy 641N. were all held without bond and charged with contempt of court, out of juvenile court .

     Ronald Bomar of Camden was arrested at Terrace Lodge Motel  and held without bond for 2 counts of violation of probation.

     Fliseo Navarro of Cottage Grove was charged with driving without a driver's license.

     Kenneth Stephenson of Hwy 69S was charged with violation of probation.

     Randall Claxton of India Rd. was stopped on Lone Oak for driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Brittany Teague of Glendale St. was charged with underage possession of alcohol.

     Yachrisa Teague of Manley St. was held without bond  for violation of probation out of circuit court and violation of probation out of general sessions court.

     Barbara Carper of India Rd. was arrested in the parking lot of Wal-Mart and charged with aggravated child abuse.

     Samuel Boyd of Buchanan was  charged with violation of probation.

     John Webb of Manley St. was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Brian Stutzman of Harrison Apts. was held without bond for violation of probation.

     Dan Reeves Jr. of Traywick Rd. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

     Michael Townsend of Mayfield KY was arrested by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall for underage consumption.

     Michael Littleton of Vance St. was charged with domestic assault, criminal trespassing and vandalism Sunday.

     Kendrick and Latasha Johnson of Pennsylvania St. were arrested and held without bond.  Kendrick was charged on a warrant for failure to appear and violation of probation.  Latasha was charged with criminal responsibility for another and filing a false report.  She repeatedly denied that her husband Kendrick was at the residence.  He was seen by officers trying to climb out a window.

Arrests  4/14/07

     Rosie Allford of Lone Oak Rd. was charged with violation of probation in Circuit Court.

       Kenneth Brogdon  of Shady Grove Rd. was held without bond and  charged with domestic assault.  The arrest occurred after a 911 call was received stating that her boyfriend was talking crazy and had pulled a gun and was threatening with it.  The incident happened in the boyfriend's truck and when he slowed down for a stop sign she jumped out and called 911.

     The theft of a 38 Special from the bedroom of a Hwy 79N residence was reported.  The gun had not been seen for several months.  

Arrests  4/13/07

     Jacob Crain of Old Union Rd. was charged with theft of property.

     Jeremy Henderson of Dover was released to Henry County and held without bond on 3 counts of failure to appear.

     Rebecca Stocklen of Hazel was arrested at Terrace Woods Lodge  for simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The arrest occurred when officers were trying to serve a warrant on someone else who was not in the room.  They spotted the paraphernalia through the window and smelled marijuana .

     A citation was issued to Virgil Waddle of Huntingdon when he crossed over the center line on Hwy 641 almost hitting the on coming car of an officer.  He was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road and possession of a scheduled 6 drug.

Arrests  4/12/07

     Charles Hall of Murray was held without bond on a capias  for 2 counts of violation of probation, violation of probation out of general sessions court and 2 counts of assault.

     James Swindler of New Concord KY was arrested at Copeland Metals and charged with theft of property over $1,000. 

     William Carter of Magnolia Tree Ln. was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Sara White of Blythe St. and Robert Tharpe of Pearl St. were arrested on Pearl St.  White was charged with aggravated assault and Tharpe was charged with aggravated domestic assault.

     A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a Clifty Rd. residence.

     An old claw foot bath tub and a 1989 Chevy were reported stolen from a yard  and found  at State Line Metals. 

 

Arrests  4/11/07

     Nicholas Blaylock of Nobles Rd. was charged in General Sessions Court with violation of probation.

     Sean Barnett of Dunlap St. was  arrested at Pockets on Tyson Ave. for public intoxication.

     Jermel Kindry of Cooper St. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Roger Pollock of Blythe St. was arrested  for possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Whiney Vaughn of Blythe St. and Taurean White of Blythe St. were arrested on Norman Dr.  White was recognized by officers as having an active warrant for violation of probation.   Vaughn, who would not listen to officers and kept getting out of the vehicle and into traffic was charged with disorderly conduct.  Once at the jail a search of Vaughn revealed a small bag of marijuana in her vagina and a 10 dollar bill in her rectum with cocaine in it.  Also found on her was Ecstasy which she attempted to throw down a toilet.  Vaughn was charged with possession of a scheduled 2 and a scheduled 6 drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and introduction of a controlled substance into a penal institution.

 

Arrests  4/10/07

     Zachary Hogan of Henry was stopped in the parking lot of Fairview Church and charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Joseph Rogers of Ft. Campbell was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Ralph Baker of Buchanan Rd. was stopped on Hwy 79 and charged with possession of a scheduled 4 drug.  The stop was made due to a headlight was out.  6pill of Xanax were found.

     Marco Veqa of Henry was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Michael Selmer of Oregon  was charged at the jail with violation of probation.

     Jeremy Cole of Camden was arrested on warrant for promotion of manufacture of meth.

     James Williams of Huntingdon was picked up on an attachment out of juvenile court.

     Lucy Snead,19, of Henry, Amanda Russell,19,  of Green Hill Estate Rd. and Jesse Parker, 19, of Springville were  charged with underage consumption at Bottoms Up during a bar check very early Sunday morning.

     Melvin Kane Jr. of Camden was stopped on Hwy. 641N for a 2nd DUI, driving on a revoked drivers license and violation of the light law.

     Andrew Elliott of Hwy 69N was arrested on Curtis Street along with Kurt Stafford of Head St.   Elliott was charged with underage consumption and Stafford was charged with criminal responsibility for the conduct of another.

     Shaina Miller of Harrison St was arrested in the parking lot of Wal-Mart and charged with reckless endangerment and violation of financial responsibility.

     Brandian Williams of Clarksville was charged at Paris Landing State Park with failure to pay child support.      

      Rodney Hughes of Kirks Trading Post Rd. was held without bond for domestic assault, simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug, counts of child abuse and neglect and 2 counts of assault.  Arrested along with him was Mary Elkins of Kirks Trading Post Rd. who was charged with 3 counts of child abuse and neglect, interference with a government agent, simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and domestic assault.  

     On Sunday Jordan Eldridge of Porter Smith Rd. was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A lawnmower was reported stolen from a carport on Elkhorn Rd.

     Theft of a DVD player, VCR and a TV were reported from a home on Whitlock Rd.  The residence had been left unlocked.

Arrests  4/7/07

     Greg McCoy, 42, of California was  held without bond and charged when he was returned to the jail on a capias for failure to appear.

     Ashley Morris of Murray was held without bond as a fugitive from justice.

     Rodney Dowell of Henderson KY was held without bond for criminal attempt to commit 1st degree murder.

     Jeremy Taylor of Memorial Dr. was arrested at McClain Trailer Park on a warrant for failure to appear.

     Stevee Pierce of N. College was charged in court with failure to appear on charges of driving without a driver's license and violation of the seat belt law.

     Harold Gorman of Joy Dr. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     A Chevy rear end and other parts, valued at $1300, were reported stolen from a residence in Springville.  A neighbor stated he saw a pick up truck pull up to the residence,  load the items up and drive off.

Arrests  4/6/07

     Deandrick Allen of Mandalay Rd. was charged with violation of probation.

     Kenneth List of Hwy 641N was arrested at Cherokee Plains Trailer Park for violation of probation.

     Betty Tharpe of Buchanan Resort Rd. was charged with aggravated burglary.

     Travis Rudd of Caledonia St. was charged at the jail with introduction of a controlled substance into a penal institution.

     James Smith of Big Sandy was arrested in the parking lot of Wal-Mart  on a warrant for failure to appear and possession of a scheduled 1 drug, simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Arrests  4/5/07

     At  around 11pm  Wednesday Paris Police received a report that the Pockets on Mineral Wells had been robbed, the white male had left in a gray Intrepid and a customer was attempting to follow him.  The citizen was unable to keep up with the suspect but he did get the licenses plate which was registered to a James Calddell of Dale St.  Calddell had been acting suspiciously returning several different items until he approached the cash register and bought a candy bar.  When the cash drawer opened he grabbed the cash and ran.  He had been caught on the stores video surveillance tape.

     Later that night at around 1:50am the Police received a call of a suspicious male at Scott Market .  He was gone when officers arrived but was identified as Calddell from  the video taken at Pockets.  As of Wednesday afternoon he was still at large.

     In other arrests a man on Elkhorn Rd. called  911 April 3rd and stated he had just been stabbed at his residence by Rodney Dowell who had been threatening him for several weeks.  When officers arrived they found Dowell in a ditch across the road where he landed after he had been hit over the head several times with a board that the victim had picked up from his front porch where they had been talking.  Dowell, who was homeless was charged with aggravated assault and attempted murder.

     Also arrested was Gary Wilson of Camden for promotion of the manufacture of meth.

     Jeremy Freeland, 30, of Rolling Meadows Rd. for initiation of meth manufacturing.

     Mark Evans of Big Sandy was arrested on an attachment for failure to appear.

     David Sines of Springville was charged with 2 counts of theft and domestic assault.

     Tabitha Singleton of Guthrie Rd. was charged with failure to appear.

     Pathe Owens of Ozzie St. who was arrested yesterday  for DUI was arrested later the same day on 79S and charged with littering and driving on a suspended driver's license.

 

Arrests  4/4/07

     Holly Locke of Dresden was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

        Pathe Owens was stopped on Hwy 218 and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended driver's license and violation of the open container law.

     Shannon Townes of McKenzie was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     Andrew Winding of Harrison St. was stopped on Chickasaw Rd. for violation of probation.

     Douglas Talley of Rison St. was held without bond on 2 counts of violation of probation.

     Robert Coleman of Avondale Dr. was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.

     A car fire was reported on Hwy 140S just outside the Como City limits.  The Como Fire Department responded along with Weakley Co.    According to witnesses the driver of the truck was drunk and passed out behind the steering wheel when a bystander  pulled him from the burning vehicle.  

     A one vehicle accident was reported on Lumber Rd.   The driver was taken to the HCMC ER by a relative.

     A boat was reported on fire on Ky lake Monday afternoon.

     $200 of diesel fuel was stolen from a tank at a Springville residence. 

Arrests  4/3/07

     Jermaine Scott of Memphis was charged in court with violation of probation.

     Pennie Matlock of Camden was charged with violation of probation.

     E. Chase of Milan was arrested on Hwy 79N and charged with DUI and criminal responsibility for another.

     Andrew Taylor of Cherokee Plains and arrested in the parking lot of Bottoms Up and charged with public intoxication.

     Walter Mileski of Huntingdon was arrested at Bottoms Up on a warrant for failure to appear and an attachment out of Chancery Court.

     Kyle Benefiel of Murray was stopped on Hwy 641N  by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall and charged with simple possession of a scheduled 6 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

     Christina Harris, 39, of Fulton KY was charged with simple possession of a scheduled 2 drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and littering.

     Antonio Villanvevo of McKenzie was charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.

     Walter Owens of Roberson Scott Rd. was arrested on Mineral Wells for DUI.

     Jeffery Mancell of Puryear was charged with failure to appear.

     Kerri Shoemaker of Belmont St. was arrested at Washington Court for public intoxication.

     Melissa Marshall, 34,  of Big Sandy was arrested at Club Erotica for possession of legend drugs.

     Jeremy Buie of Sulfur Wells Academy Rd. was held without bond for theft over $1,000 and simple possession of scheduled 4 drug.

     Kevin Shelton of Minor St. was charged with violation of probation.

     James Garner, 18, of Dresden, Terry Wilson, 19, and Amy Staniforth, 19, of Wisconsin were arrested at Bottoms Up for underage consumption.  The 3 were found sitting in a vehicle outside the bar.

     Dustin Popovich of Roberson Scott Rd.  and  Jeremy Raymer of Macedamia Rd. were stopped on Carlton Springs Cemetery  Rd. and charged with underage possession and consumption.

     Joyce Hudson of Puryear was held without bond for domestic assault.

     Patricia Kinsland of Paris Whitlock Rd. was arrested on Saturday and charged with domestic assault.

     Tavrean White of Blythe St. was charged with driving without a license,  2 counts of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.

     Johnny Taylor of Lincoln St. was arrested on a warrant for contempt out of General Sessions Court.

     Timothy Rogers, 47, of Puryear was stopped on Point Pleasant and 79N for a 4th DUI, a second driving on a revoked, violation of the implied consent law and violation of the open container law.

     Amy Clark of Hwy 641N was charged with 4 counts of violation of the bad check law.

     Roger Cook of Cook St. was charged with public intoxication.  

      Charlene Jorgenson or Ranger Trail was held without bond on charges of child abuse and neglect.

     William McCoy of Buchanan was charged with aggravated domestic assault after he threatened a subject with a gun. 

     Thomas Prial, 34, of Memorial Dr. was charged with public intoxication.

     Derreck Pearson of Arlington KY was stopped on Hwy 641N by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

     Kelby McClerkin of Antioch TN was arrested at the Foxy Lady for public intoxication.

     David Cook of Chickasaw St. was arrested for misuse of 911.  Cook had called several times on  several evening reporting that someone was trying to kill him.  He was reported to have been highly intoxicated.  

     A hunter reported finding a 4-wheeler in a field covered with brush.  The vehicle was listed as being stolen.
